“They did RIGHT by my son. He has a 2004 (I think) Ford F250. They rebuilt his transmission and 3k miles on the middle of nowhere Texas it broke down. The torque converter froze. They warranties it 100% and even paid to have the vehicle transported- not towed- TRANSPORTED all the way back from the outskirts of San Antonio Tx to Palm Desert. Then they rebuilt it and handed my son the keys and wished him well. They treated him just like a paying client although it was a great loss for the business. I will 100% ALWAYS bring our cars here. “My Volkswagen GTI had an issue with the key getting stuck in the ignition. I spoke to multiple shops on how to repair as there seems to be multiple approaches. The other shops had a more labor intensive and costly process Even though I live in OC I felt it was worth the drive to get this repair done because I felt more comfortable with what EAS told me about how they fix this problem. It seemed the most logical to me of all the solutions - even though I'm hardly a car repair expert - but they were very confident the solution would work as it has worked on other cars they'd repaired with the same issue. I'm so happy I went with them and am thankful to Yelp and the reviews for leading me to them. They've been super helpful and easy to work with as well and are of course very knowledgeable about VW's.
