“I contacted Mac's due to an issue I thought was related to a windshield installation they did last year. It turned out to be molding unrelated to the windshield install, it was part of the windshield pillar cover. Mac's service person (Tom) put Xtra effort in and installed the new windshield pillar covers for me. Conscientious, friendly and professional. I highly recommend this company!”

“Ford F-250 Heavy Duty Diesel fixed ASAP!I was climbing the Santa Rosa Mountains for a camping trip when during a climb, my transmission fluid just started dumping on the road. My party and I attempted to inspect the transmission and it appeared that a seal had likely broke, but there was no transmission damage. I looked this shop up with my one bar of service on the mountain. I asked Carlos if he was able to help me out on my truck, he said he could and he would get it back to me ASAP. I get my truck towed off the mountain and to his shop. After an evening, we talked in the morning and he said that it appears my transmission fluid got too hot and started boiling in the lines, and my truck and a blow off valve for such a case. He told me how it works, where it is, and how to help the issue in the future. He only charged me for the new 6qts of transmission fluid. I couldn't be happier with this team! Honest, quick and extremely nice. If you're in the area, or a broke-down traveler, I would recommend anyone to try and get their car into this team.”

“I was having electrical issues with my 2001 Mercedes 320SLK. I didn't want to take it to the dealer, so I tried Frank's Auto Care. He was Albee to correctly diagnose the problem, but candidly told me his expertise was in Audis. He recommended another shop nearby. He worked on the diagnosis for a day but refused to charge me. My experience with Frank's Auto was great. He is honest and forthright in dealing with customers. Over his objections, I gave him a generous contribution as a payment for his time, effort, and honesty. If I owned an Audi, I'd have him take care of it.”
“Went to get oil change and front/rear brakes replaced on my Volvo. We were going on a road trip up to Tahoe a few days later. Everything was excellent - service, quality of work and timeliness. I brought my 2020 Mercedes GLE 360 in for the B2 service. It was taken care of in a few hours and Mike ensured me that my tires were fine and my coolant was topped off. “I own a 2019 Alfa Romeo Giulia. I typically get it serviced in Ontario at the Alfa dealership. Just had my oil changed at the dealership, they told me I needed to get the brakes flushed. The price for the brake flush sounded high.The Ontario Alfa dealership charges $205 per hour for labor. I needed a local place in the Desert that could do things like this more economically. Found Jason at Sports Cars Garage on Yelp. Set up an appointment and had them work on my brakes this morning. I saved $172, had them spend time grinding off rust that was building up as well. Hence, I got more work done at a lower price. I was able to drop the vehicle off, pick it up in 1.5 hours. Easy!Jason and Joe are honest guys. No nonsense auto work, no hard sell. They explained issues I have with a couple of tires, advised me accordingly.I will DEFINITELY be using these guys moving forward. I love my car and there is no reason to give a dealership in Ontario $205 an hour. Like keeping the business local in Palm Desert.Thanks Jason and Joe!”
“These guys are 10 stars ! I called asking for a diagnosis for my truck & let them know I’d be doing the work. The gal that answered stated they include the diagnosis cost into the price of fixing the issue but said I can bring my truck in & 1 of the guys will take a ride along with me ( horrible noise) to hear the noise. So 1 guy took a ride along while I talked non stop about the issues & questions then crawled under my truck & told me what he assumed was the issue. It all took about 30 minutes so I asked the gal “what do I owe you” figuring they’d have come up with a price ( as mentioned on phone call) she said no no it’s ok your doing your own work good luck that’s awesome :) So I asked well can I tip him , she said idk ask him lol so after basically begging the guy to take a tip I gave $50 & said I’d let him no if he was right ( I had a very odd problem that he himself said he’s never seen) & thank God he was right ! These guys & gal are friendly , awesome & knowledge ! I NEVER EVER write reviews but I highly recommend them !!!!”

“We were traveling on the east coast and the windshield on our motorhome broke. I tried calling glass companies while out there but most of them didn't want to fix it. The ones that could fix it couldn't get the windshield for 7 to 10 days. The crack didn't get bigger so we waited until we were back.I called these guys. Put down a deposit and they were in front of my house fixing the windshield 3 days later.Alex and Martin were on time. Took care when taking the windshield off and putting the new one on. And they were very efficient.... even with me talking to them the whole time. Haha.I would most definitely recommend using them for your windshield needs!”

“I had presented my car to Walmart Indio for an oil change two weeks earlier. Walmart was unable to remove the oil filter and badly damaged it, although it was them who put it in during the previous oil change. The filter started to leak, and I was losing 1 quart of oil every 10 miles. Thus, I had to stop at Ozzie's Automotive without notice and ask for the repair. They got me in, were able to replace the oil filter, and completed the oil change. I can highly recommend Santiago and his team, including the mechanic who took the time to work on my car in addition to his other projects.”

“My Volkswagen GTI had an issue with the key getting stuck in the ignition. I spoke to multiple shops on how to repair as there seems to be multiple approaches. The other shops had a more labor intensive and costly process Even though I live in OC I felt it was worth the drive to get this repair done because I felt more comfortable with what EAS told me about how they fix this problem. It seemed the most logical to me of all the solutions - even though I'm hardly a car repair expert - but they were very confident the solution would work as it has worked on other cars they'd repaired with the same issue. I'm so happy I went with them and am thankful to Yelp and the reviews for leading me to them. They've been super helpful and easy to work with as well and are of course very knowledgeable about VW's. They have my trust and I'll use them for future repairs & services.”
