Vanmar Lending didn't miss a beat! Kristen and her team took care of us every step of the way and offered excellent advice. Closing for our new condo took place in less than four weeks. This was all handled remotely, as we live on the east coast. We'd absolutely work with Vanmar's knowledgeable efficient team again in the future.

Sebastian and Kristen helped us navigate the loan process with ease and made sure we were aware of all of our options for our refinance. We had a fantastic experience working with Vanmar Lending. Kristen and Carlos Martinez are true professionals and made our home purchase easy and straight forward. I initially contacted Kristen while I was stationed overseas, to inquire about VA loans in the area. She answered every question I had and always provided me with a better solution than what I had originally thought. She guided us through mortgage pre-qualification with Vanmar, once we were under contract the entire process was smooth and the communication even though we were overseas was seamless.

Had such a great experience, working with Kristin, who is on top of everything communication was on point really appreciate all and everything she did and still does for me even after we have secured the loan this was our first home buying experience and through everything.
