Waited for 30 minutes to set up a new account, one of the reps was on lunch, then the other guy kind of joked around with us for a minute, then went back to chatting with two other customers he was helping. When another customer came in, the reptalked to him right away and said he’d help him next. I asked if he was going to help us, and the rep copped an attitude.We went with another carrier.

I went there to trade my phone and pay cash. But he said the account manager must authorise it. I went to Apple store and traded my phone in 5 minute. Just wasted my time!!they are not experts.

I’m the account owner of a family share plan and my dad wanted a new phone. He went to this Verizon franchise (not a true Verizon store) and was told I needed to be there in person or add him as an account manager. The store personnel told me I could call *611 to set it up and avoid the trip. I followed all prompts and received confirmation he was added. 20 minutes later the VZ franchise called me back to say he wasn’t showing up as account manager. So I called and spoke with an actual person at Verizon (not the franchise) and after being on hold for over 30 minutes they said the digital request had gone through and he had no idea why that Verizon store couldn’t see it. He sent me an email verification and I had a screen shot from Verizon website showing that he was an account manager. That wasn’t good enough for the person in this Verizon franchise and I had to make a trip down in addition to all the time spent on the phone. When I got there the VZ employee kept saying things like “I don’t know what you did wrong, but I can’t see him on the account.” Clearly I did nothing wrong when the actual VZ account shows him added. He had no explanation as to why he couldn’t see it and kept accusing me of screwing up and he wouldn’t acknowledge that his system was the problem. Even the actual VZ Corp said the employee must be doing something wrong. Drive to another location— this one isn’t worth it!

They are very unprofessional, they don’t know proper Spanish and talk about Spanish speaking costumers after they leave. Heard them making fun of a lady after she went in asking a question in Spanish. They were making passive aggressive comments towards me in front of other costumers. Such as “if you would’ve bought it from me, it would’ve been quicker” (it was a pick up order completed online). They also can’t manage confidential information asking for account information out loud, purposively for everyone to lose to hear.

I had to go back to this store 5 times in one day. I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone and i was still charged a $40 service fee after them screwing up the set up of my phone up so many times they even forgot to add my phone number to my phone?GO TO A NORMAL VERIZON not here!

Be careful here. Sales rep talking a big game about a special promo where I get two extra devices for $10/month. Never explained the terms even after I asked about it. Come to find out it’s $30/month on my bill. NOT what I was sold. It’s the reps job to explain the costs of having those devices… and to not be salesy. I was told one thing, and then charged another through the fine print. And now I’m getting charged a restocking fee for something that was falsely sold to me. Never coming to this location again.

I had my phone for 2 weeks the guy who helped me didn't put my screen protector on right so he had to try 3 times and my phone phone fell yesterday and my actual screen cracked bc he didn't place it properly!!!! Now I have to pay for a replacement phone

BEWARE! This is not a Verizon company store. This is a independent vendor that can connect to Verizon. They added Mobile Protect to my account for $60 and Home Device protection to my account for $22 without my knowledge or consent. I then had to spend hours finding the separate company's behind these services and getting them cancelled. They increased my bill by $143 adding services and charges I did not agree or consent to. At the point of sale a series of screens popped up in small print, Rob told me to hit 'consent' several times without telling me what they were. I assumed it was privacy notices and other discloses no one reads. He certainly did NOT disclose that I was adding expensive services I didn't want. After canceling the services, I then had to call Verizon to get the charges off my bill. The Verizon rep commented, "wow they made a lot of changes to your account". It's not easy to get through to a Verizon rep on the phone and then it was almost an hour on the phone to get it corrected. This Palm Desert Victra Verizon store cost me money and hours of time to get their manipulation of my account corrected.

This place had horrible customer service! The guy was rude and sarcastic. I would recommend going to another location if you would a friendly and helpful customer service.

I don't live in the area but had some issues with my phone. I read the reviews for the store in LaQuinta and happened to be in the area for this store. Happy that I came here. I had a long wait even though they had 3 representatives in the store as it wasn't there fault as they give customers their full attention.Ricardo was great in solving my issues. Not his fault that they couldn't fix my voicemail issue, but loved his persistance in trying to solve the problem with the call center.Highly recommend this store.Thanks for the great service!

The young guy that was supposed to help me (7/18/23 in the afternoon) was obnoxious and arrogant. I came to inquire about a smart watch, but with the kind of attitude from this guy I decided to walk away. He place the order (after I told him several times I was not interested), and a week later I am still dealing with the consequences of his mistake (of maybe malice). Apparently, this is an indirect agency, therefore Verizon cannot cancel orders processed by them. One star rating is way too much.

It is so nice to enter a place where service is the name of the game. Miguel greeted me warmly and it was so reassuring to have questions answered without feeling like I had just asked a d*** one. Thank you for that, young man. I'll certainly be back for that new phone we chatted about!
