I am a new customer to both the store and Walgreens as my pharmacy. I've been using CVS on Washington for years. I was so happy with the automated service, quick and smart. Today I went in and walked right to two waiting agents waiting to help. I was given the price earlier so I knew my cost, picked up 3 prescriptions and paid, out in five minutes! So much better!! It's close, easy, and so less time consuming! I am sold!

Don't use the pharmacy! They don't care about their customers. Horrible customer service and closed on weekends! I came here when they opened to get my sons seizure medication that we were completely out of. Even though I was the first one there the pharmacist said it would be 1 1/2 hours until they could refill the prescription even though it was already on file. I explained that this is seizure medication and he has already missed a dose so could we just get 8 pills and wait until this afternoon to get the rest and he refused saying he can't do that because he has one other customer in line. And he was not nice about it. Transferring all prescriptions to a pharmacy that cares. I would give zero stars if I could.

The WORST pharmacy in the valley!!!I have tried to call and they don't answer the phone. I have sat in the drive through for 10minutes and NOT one person acknowledges your there. I have sat in the line in the drive through when there were 5 cars and it took 45 minutes to get to the window and another 10 for someone to acknowledge. They consistently screw up my prescriptions.There are only a couple of the female staff that are nice and try. The rest appear to hate their job and dislike working with the public.Did I mention they are CLOSED on the weekends!Walgreen's better get their act together cause this valley is small!

I have been using this pharmacist for the past five years and never had an issue. This pharmacy has rapidly gone down hill in the past year and they're getting worse as the days go by. They are now completely disorganized. The pharmacy workers seemed not to care anymore. They act burnt out. I no longer get auto reminders for my medicine refills. I have to keep track as not to run out. When I do request refills through their automated system, it's a 50/50 shot that it will be refilled. Every other time I go there to pick up my medicine, I'm told they have no record of the refill and give me a look as though it's my fault.The only reason I try to stick with this place is because it's right around the corner from my house.From what I understand is that this Walgreens took all the customers from the RiteAid that closed across the street. They took them without adding any employees to handle the extra work. Walgreens! If you're listening! Get this place in shape and get a grip! Just read other reviews and understand that there is something very wrong here!

The absolute worst pharmacy in the desert. I'm not someone to leave reviews but this place is an absolute disaster. Completely disorganized, and cannot answer phone calls from doctors despite having 5 to 6 people working in the pharmacy. It is completely unacceptable. And Walgreens should totally revamp employees working this pharmacy.

I wrote a poor review when they took 45 minutes to get my flu shot. In reality after 50 minutes I was never seen and never got my shot. Figuring everyone has a bad day I rescheduled. It took 30 minutes to be checked into my appointment and was told it would be 20-30 minutes to get my shot. Again, every customer during my hour wait complained about the poor service. I STRONGLY recommend you go elsewhere - even a 20 minute drive away would be faster and less aggravating.

This drugstore has gone downhill. The pharmacy is closed on Saturday and Sunday now. Sometimes out of nowhere there would be a sign on the door saying the pharmacy was closed that day!

I was on hold for 22 minutes with the pharmacy. During that time I can hear them pick up and hang up immediately. I called from another phone. Now I have two on hold and they are doing the same thing. While still on hold I drive over to their store. I get to the pharmacy and no one is on line. I show my phone which is now 40 minutes on hold and I saidSee that flashing light on your phone? That's me on hold for 40 minutes. Wtf??No answer. Just a shrug like oh well. I can understand if your short staffed or busy but we callers are customers too. Most of the time it's to save a trip. C'mon Walgreens you've really gone downhill fast.

Called the pharmacy twice, on a recorded hold 30 minutes both times and was eventually was hung up on. TWICE While I understand staffing is tight, a live person should at least come to the call and say we'll be right you.

The Walgreens down the street unexpectedly and without giving me notice closed their pharmacy. Despite conflicting information on their website saying the site accepts walk ins, I was told I needed to make an appointment; this was strike one. I made the appointment a week in advance for the day before my only day off, so that I could recover the following day. Because of the upcoming holiday season, I wouldn't have time to alter this appointment, and needed to get my booster on that day. Well, when I show up to the neighboring Walgreens, they have, without notifying me, shut down their pharmacy. They would not be able to therefore honor my appointment, and told me to make a new appointment with a different location. Strike two. When I come to this Walgreens to ask if they can honor the other Walgreens' failed appointment, they say no. Strike three Now if I could just walk into any pharmacy and get the booster, this would not be an issue. Moreover, if I didn't have to make an appointment a week in advance, and reschedule for later in the day, then that would be a manageable inconvenience. Unfortunately, this was the only day I could get my shot, and I will not be able to reschedule before the holiday season. Walgreens has lost all my business in the future.

My sister went to pic up a picture of our grandparents that just passed away. The tall guy with dark hair who was working the evening of 11/25 was sooo rude about getting the picture for her, no greetings or anything. He even missed an extra picture she had to pick up because he was acting so bothered he walked away before she could tell him she had another set of pics to pick up. Then he checks my sis out, and Nicely starts conversing with another associate nearby him " all of a sudden" he was in a better mood. Then annoyingly asked my sister if she wanted a receipt over and over even as she walked away from his rude a*** You are here because we shop at your location, don't get it twisted. Be NICE people. Everyone is going thru something you have no idea of.

Western Union never works at this location! Went there three days in the row and it wasn't working! What kind of coincidence is that? Instead of trying to help me or call customer support they advised me to go to a differently location. What kind of business does that? Manager did not address the issue either, rather ignored and said they it never happened before. Why lie if I was physically there three times and it didn't work?

Getting to this location from the freeway can be a little confusing the first time. We took a right on Varner only to realize that there is no left turn access. We ended up having to drive down and make a u-turn. Other than that, you have your typical Walgreens. We found the checkout employee to be very knowledgeable and helpful. She gave us some recommendations on sunscreen and provided helpful information on desert x.
