The experience at Walmart has gotten better over the years. I think Walmart has finally listened to all the negativity. We went and did our shopping then the food department and had no problem for a quick check out at the self-checkout area

Every one was polite and helpful. I spent about $35 less than I would have spent on the same stuff at a grocery store but they didn't have everything I needed so plan on going to multiple stores. And a giant plus at the end: a young gentleman stopped by my car and asked me if I needed help putting my cans of soda in my car. Didn't want anything for his help. There are still wonderful people out there who just care about old ladies with white hair ?

Honestly, I like the new layout of the store and how the shelves are always stalked. I gave 2 stars because on several occasions I've had some problems with employees' attitudes and being accused of stealing. It's just crazy how the employees not only have attitude but I've even been followed while shopping. My boyfriend has even had his fair share of the accusations having something of his actually taken from him. He had just purchased some cards from Target and brought them into Walmart to look at while I shopped. When we were leaving the store, we were stopped, and his cards were taken. We were told he could come get them from customer service when he could show proof of purchase. Fortunately, he kept all of his receipts and returned to Walmart to talk to management and retrieve his cards. I thought it was crazy of them to have done that. I mean, are you serious? The guy who took them seemed as if he was proud of himself for "stopping " a thief. Lol
