So I cashed a check from a client well being shorted already then 5 days later they reversed my check then charged me the reversal fee wich put me in a bad spot then kept adding charges. Being I went in and cashed it not mobile deposit i feel they shouldn't have reversed it. Being a loyal customer for about ten years then this happend . Note to self gotta go with a credit union this time

On the ball, prompt, handled our banking and business needs with no hassle, wait, or drama. Will go out of my way to go to this branch in the future.

Monica was extremely rude and treated me with a terrible attitude like I was a crook. I will never do business with this bank again! Total garbage.

I moved my accounts from another bank to Wells Fargo because I was a customer of Wells Fargo years ago. My problem is a problem I should not have to go through. Everyttime day, night middle of night, I'm given the excuse as follows: ONLINE BANKING IS TEMPORARILY UNAVAILABLE TEMPORARILY, i've been trying to get into my account for 3 weeks. No matter daytime, night time, middle of the night, 3:00AM?? Makes no difference. I contacted my bank and I was told a complaint was put in. GREAT, a complaint was put in. The sad thing is I really like the Wells Fargo location and the people working there are very very nice.

Worst bank I've dealt with in 60 years. I guess they don't send managers to charm school

I love banking here because the service is always so quick and efficient. The staff are very friendly and they remember your name. They always have a bottle of water to offer you. I recommend this bank to anyone.

Went here for two reasons: the first reason was to make a deposit. I completed the transaction within 5 minutes and joined my boyfriend for the second reason why we were there. We came to talk to someone about our accounts and we had a few people walk past us and not even acknowledge our presence. Very disappointed in the customer service shown here at this particular location. There were three people in their offices and did not even bother to say hello. We just drove to the WF at the Rancho Mirage location and had our questions answered in 10 minutes. Won't be back to this location.

I must agree with the other one star reviews; these are the rudest and most incompetent people I have ever seen at this branch. Take a hint from the Stater Bros branch in LaQuinta or the Palm Springs branch and see what real customer service looks like. I left here and came to my LQ branch. The Monterey branch is passable and way better than El Paseo but changes personnel too often. Building relationships in banks is most important...hello HR!!!!

I should have looked at the reviews of this place before I went in! They are completely unprofessional. They will never email or call you back and they are rude when you are just trying to apply for a loan. Oh, and don't bother asking for the incompetent manager to call you when your loan officer starts ignoring you because the manager is equally as unprofessional. I've left messages and the manager won't call back either. Looking at the reviews of this place, it is obvious that the management is horrible and we will not return. Next stop, the Better Business Bureau!

My wife visited the Wells Fargo branch on El Paseo in Palm Desert California last week to have some documents notarized for a real estate transaction that was time sensitive. She was told that both of the notaries were at lunch and would return in an hour. So my wife drove home and returned an hour later to then be told that one must make an appointment to have a document notarized and that none were available until the following day. The employee who was the notary was shuffling papers in his office and not interacting with customers, so my wife asked why the document couldn't be notarized while she was there and incredibly, she was told by the assistant branch manager that the notaries did not have their stamp with them and don't bring their stamp to the bank every day "because they have no place to lock the stamp away." No place to lock away a stamp in a bank? She asked if another branch could notarize the document and was told that many of the Wells Fargo branches do not have notaries, which was confirmed with a call to the next closest branch at 34340 Monterey Ave. in Palm Desert. Fortunately, we also have accounts at Chase. We visited the nearest branch, which is within a grocery store, and were told that all of their officers are notaries as a service to their customers. In spite of being a small and busy branch within a grocery store, we were taken into an office immediately with cheerful hospitality and the documents were promptly notarized. In fact, the title co. changed one document and sent a new one, so that we had to have it notarized the following day and were again treated courteously and efficiently.

Too many people working here who don't understand the critical importance of customer service. I avoid this place due to the time commitment each visit I've had to make. The wait has consistently been a problem besides the service. The Monterey Ave branch is SOOO MUCH better. I complained to the "boss" who is a very good listener and hope he will REtrain these people & get them to pay attention to those who chose this branch to park their hard earned funds. If better reviews come in after this one, then we will know if things have changed & I, for one, will be very pleased. UPDATE - The mgr never called or followed up with me and nothing changed since I wrote review in Feb. Its been about a month now and I was still not getting answers until Thursday 3.26.15 I called & got a competent knowledgeable woman to help. If you are at this branch or considering to deal with them in the future I suggest you ONLY deal with personal banker Debbie. She has worked for WF for years and years and years (29, I think she said). She has the answers & took her time to solve my problem within 30 minutes!

I've been banking with Wells Fargo since 1997 and I've never been treated with such contempt and attitude from a banking institution. Jessica, a "manager" was about as insincere and unprofessional as it gets. Do yourself a favor and visit the branch on HWY 111 off Monterey OR use another banking institution.
