“My Mother-in-Law lives in Palm Springs .. she had repeated issues with a tire for her Fiat 500 POP. She went to American Tire on numerous occasions and they claimed to fix it, but never did, and treated her with disdain and disrespect. The folks at Firestone there recommended she go to Desert Wheels in Cathedral City who treated my aging Morher-in-Law with respect and fixed the issue. Cannot recommend Desert Wheels too highly because of this. Clearly run by good people who do good work. Support this business if you can.”

He said with confidence that any time is good and that he would be able to give an accurate estimate and have the work done within an hour and half. He nailed it! I came in was greeted by another representative who pointed him out and said he would be right with me. That's exactly what happened. We walked out to my SUV, confirmed the tire size and then within the hour while I was doing some shopping in nearby stores I got the text the my SUV was ready.”
