Was on the fence about keeping roadside assistance and renters insurance until I spoke with Evelyn. She was curt, cut me off while I was trying to explain things (4 times) and was not helpful in finding a solution for me (which I thought was her literal job). Last time I was here I had a wonderful experience with the chick in the corner office with lushes brown hair who always wears neutral colors...this time...naw, I'm done. not worth the aggravation of waiting in line then spoken to in a dismissive manner by someone wearing a hot pink top and weird beaded necklace (hot pink, Evelyn is not your color).

I personally didn’t have a great experience with purchasing insurance policies or using their travel agent. The whole experience was a big waste of time. They don’t offer their own insurance policies like other larger insurance companies. Their travel agents do not return calls or have the international travel experience that I requested. I would give them a zero if I could.

This isn't for the office, but for both the phone and online service. I just spent an hour and a half making a yearly renters policy payment. The web site messed me up as I couldn't remember the password. I tried a few of the old standards. Finally I asked for help. They sent a link. I tried to use it, but was immediately told it had expired. The link they sent said it was good for 16 hours, not two minutes. I tried the phone service but got caught up in a link which kept asking for my account number when I kept giving. I can tell in frustration I was swearing at AAA. I started to drive to the local AAA Office, but then thought there must be a way using the phone. I called, was told I was in a queue. I asked to be called back in 4-6 minutes. The call came silent. The phone was on, and the volume was at the highest. I called back, and this time was able to ask the computer for a receptionist. Never did get to talk to anyone, but the computer recognized my phone number so was able to tell me what was owed. Still it as strange. I staid I wanted to pay in full, but she asked a few times if I wanted to make the reduced payment for a few months. NO! Frustrating. I do recommend AAA, and at most times have no issues. But why is it easier to write a check now that to use the computer or phone? You can do it for anything else. Their system needs to rebooted. Oh well, until next year.

For the past few months I've been trying to resolve my membership being terminated and handed over to collection for unpaid service. I have already spoken to AAA three times and each time they said they were in error. I've never had anything sent to collections. Yesterday I was transferred to 4 different departments and zero resolution. They can't find record of my conversations. I've now wasted hours on this. I'm not going to pay for something I didn't do. Now I'm threatened by having my credit rating hurt. I've been with AAA over 40 years! Don't know what to do about this.

You guys told me !!!!! Tony toweling will pick me up or call and be here at 12:15pm now it’s 12:30pm how long you guys going to have me wait out in this excessive heat !!!! I’m calling you guys Aaa and you guys don’t want to pick my phone for what reason I wasn’t rude in the phone I was assertive. I’m very disappointed at least call me and say they canceled they don’t want to do it and find me someone else to do the job.
