Every employee was so helpful respectful and kind. My 14 month old daughter and me came to make a copy of a key and it was actually really fun. Just all around good vibes and great customer service.

What good is a website that shows you have an item, however once there they act like I was asking for something that does not exist. Show the their website Palm Springs Ace Hardware , show them the item, only to be told we don't always have the item. I should have called was the answer. Why should you need to call if the item is on your website?

The help of the employees is such a different solar system than what you would get from Home Depot/lowes- there are more employees on the floor of this small department store than both of the other stores COMBINED meaning: they ask you what you need, take you to where to find it, and most of the time, instruct you on how to fix it and offer additional tools/supplies that you didn’t know you needed to fix the job. They rescreen windows/sliders for dirt cheap and not many people know this either. James, the screen expert, not only instructed me on how to rescreen my door when I said that’s my project, but he showed me how to do it right there, tripling my experience.
Would go here over any other department store every time.

Went to get copies of my house keys with the LA dodger background. They turned out to be souvenirs lmfaoo. The keys didnt even work. But they looked cute hanging on my key chain. Ended up going to home depot.

This is the most unique Ace stores I've been in. A lot of cool items you would not expect at a hardware store. It must be because of the uniqueness of Palm springs.

They are the best retail establishment, period. I have never seen better customer service across the board. Everyone there is solicitous and knowledgeable. I am so happy to give my money to them and further appreciate that they are privately owned - not a big corporation.

Amazing hardware store..lots ot Palm Springs orientated merchandise..only in PalmSprings can I find a hardware store that wows me..great seasonal stuff always..very well staffed as well as a ace employee is always asking if I need help.. absolutely not Kansas or the home depot??
