“I toured a studio building in July 2023, right after Wonderdog Management took over. I was hesitant after reading past reviews, but hands-down this was the cleanest apartment I have ever toured! And the new Managers, Tina and Sarah, are awesome! I totally want to live in this building, but the studio was wayyy overpriced - the smallest, yet most expensive one I saw in Palm Desert area (around 250 sf). The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the studio was overpriced compared to similar units at other buildings. Location can't be beat, right in the center of Palm Springs shopping and restaurants. I love that there is a pool, parking, and most importantly - Casa Palmeras is pet friendly. If a 1 bdrm opens up in the near future, I will jump on it!”
