“Super thankful and grateful for this aparmtent complex, After scrolling and countless phone calls with apartment buldings that wouldnt work with my situation, i stubbled across The Casa Palmeras Ad. They were running a special for Move-in at the time, so i took a leap of faith and sent a message. Within minutes Sarah (Property Managers) responded. I gave her details of my situation, and some set backs that were arising. She totally gave me options and assisted me the entire way. Totally in love with my studio.”
“I visited to do some pet sitting. Apartments are nice. Landscaping is pretty well maintained. It has a dog park & a pool located near the office. Complex was relatively quiet.”

“This is such a quiet and well kept apartment complex. The landlord has always been so kind in resolving any issues I’ve had and has always done so in a timely manner. I feel my safety is protected, whenever I walk around outside and I love that there are so many places to walk my dogs! I also love that the landlord really cares about making sure our pets have their rights and that he enforces the rules here, but does it with kindness and respect. It is a pleasure to live here and I am grateful for La Ventana every day!”

Yvonne, the Business Manager, and Joe, the Maintenance Manager, are always at the top of their game; they make the community feel wonderful by keeping the area clean and pleasing to the eyes, plus they're always on the go especially when you need something fixed. So far, in my few weeks of living here, I enjoy the experience overall!”
