Michael and his team at Arcaro's are simply the best! Most recently, they completed an expert multi-panel repair on a vintage car and it looks better than new. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Fantastic family run business. Great work done by great people. Been going here for 5+ years for my business needs and they always make it seem like I'm the #1 customer even though I'm barely a drop in the bucket. Just a wonderful company and I feel lucky to have them nearby.

My spouse and I shopped around to get estimates for repairing peeling clear coat on our 1999 BMW 323i. After multiple shops, we ended up at Arcaro's and we're glad we did. First of all, their office area was clean and organized and the estimate came in a couple hundred dollars under the rest of the estimates.We agreed to the work, took the car back at the agreed upon time and was kept informed regarding the progress and additional damage that was found (known and previously repaired) upon removal of the clear coat, paint, primer, etc.The additional work was about $200.00 and we were happy to pay that additional amount as it was still less than Acaro's competitors.The car was ready as originally promised - in spite of having additional work performed. The color match was as good as it gets - especially considering the twenty-four model years elapsing between the original and latest paint being applied. The car was immaculate and it was obvious they went above and beyond to make their customer(s) happy.If you're looking to have body work done - you should consider stopping by Arcaro's Body Repair and getting an estimate and seeing what they offer and what they can do to make you happy!

We highly recommend the services of Arcaro's Auto Body. Michael and his staff are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Our estimate took no time at all and was economical for the work that needed to be done. We were able to secure an appointment within a week of our phone call and it took the three days estimated. You cannot tell where the repairs were made. We are very happy with our experience.

my van was involved in a collision and Mario added old scrapes and chipped paint to the estimate, basically padding the bill to over $3800.00 dolllars. This place is a complete ripp off and they are rude.

After a tree fell on it, I took my 2022 Challenger to Arcaro's Auto Body as they were referred by a friend who had excellent work done. Their service on my car was no exception. The customer service was incredible. I was updated on the status of my vehicle, and they even finished repairs early. I felt taken care of from start to finish. My car now looks brand new again. I own a 40th anniversary Mustang, which was recently hit by a careless driver. My insurance company recommended Arcaro's. First thing you notice when you walk in is their "Best of the Best" award for 2022. I didn't even bother to look for another repair facility after seeing that. It took a couple weeks before they could work my car into their schedule, but was it ever worth the wait! The repairs were phenomenal! The stress of dealing with the insurance company in itself is enough. Arcaro's made the rest of the process simple and worry free.I hope I never need to have a vehicle repaired again, but if I do, I know exactly where I will go....Thank you so much!!
