Lana and Mannie were wonderful! I spent 3 days trying to figure out my account problems without luck. They were so patient with me and devoted a lot of time to figuring out the problem and straightening it out. I will forever be obliged to them. Lana has the patience of a saint. Give them raises!

First time upgrading my iPhone at the service provider rather than Apple. Apple is a much cleaner, reassuring experience with less sale pressure. I'm finding apps that I have trouble accessing because of password, 2FA and other issues. Apps still associate my old phone as a device to verify access with signing in on new. Something is draining my battery - FAST.
The sales person was pleasant and seemed knowledgeable but left me believing they would hold off erasing my old phone until the next day in case of problems with functionality on new phone. That apparently did not happen. I know not very smart on my part - made the mistake of not erasing my old phone myself. Hello security concerns!!
My new phone is a bundle of angst.

We were greeted as soon as we walked in. Only waited a moment for a rep. He was friendly, professional and explained everything clearly. The process to merge our accounts only took a few minutes - what a pleasant surprise!

Please lady met me at door we sat down she asked my problem phone suddenly showing no sim she had it up and running in about 5 min! Told me things I wasn't aware of remove rodo block and any other extra security because I don't need it with Apple wish I had known that before!!!
