We worked with Paige Brown at Bennion Deville’s Palm Springs office for a purchase of a condo. Smoothest experience we’ve ever had with an agent even though the overall transaction was complicated for a variety of reasons. We won a competitive bidding situation because Paige developed such a strong relationship with the other party’s representative that gave Paige unique insight into what mattered to the buyer. Further, Paige went above and beyond in helping us get through the paperwork and figure out a plan for a significant remodel. If she wasn’t working as a realtor, she should be an interior designer! Five stars.

Potential home buyers beware of Catherine Cece. She's a 65 year old woman that is employed in the Coachella Valley, Palm Springs area offices. She has a horrible history of having sexual affairs with potential buyers' husbands! A husband was caught with her after she lied and is now facing serious life sentence criminal charges now because of this woman! Keep your husbands away from her. She has ZERO empathy towards the family that she ruined with her selfish sexual needs to be with married men! Corporate please contact me for proof. Thanks

I just read the profile of realtor Timothy Burks and can't seem to find any "law firm" he works with as an administrative officer.Interesting as this is a major profile credential that is being used for trust in property purchase and selling especially for many who reside out of the country.Would question other info posted in his profile.Have spoken with the branch manager with no results or follow through.Certainly would consider other real estate companies in the area.

2.5 stars sounds about right. I just spoke with Alex and had some questions but his attitude was apparent in the second sentence he spoke to me. Telling out of town buyers they're going about everything the wrong way and won't get a property is by definition not what a realtor is supposed to do I own property in San Francisco and have flipped homes in other states. Never encountered this attitude before. Would be curious if he would have spoken to me this way of I were a man In a hot real estate market with lots of agents, it's shocking they can stay in business.

Wayne Turney facilitated a purchase from another broker this fall, and I found him reliable, honest and responsive. Never felt my needs/concerns were mixed/overshadowed with the other relationship he had with the fellow-realtor. Highly recommend him. Great personality with zero of the ‘pushy’ feel some in the industry carry. Just a nice guy and capable realtor (and being non-industry myself I’m probably conflating the terms broker and realtor but you get the idea)

I'll say that Jessica Oertel of Bennion Deville Homes is by far one of the most hard working and honest real estate agents you will find. Over 20 years experience here in our desert. If you want someone to negotiate and work hard for you while keeping in touch throughout your transaction, give Jessica a chance. She has handle over 8 of our deals and will surely handle our next. Bob Deville has a fantastic team of agent and she is our favorite!

Agents aren't too interested in assisting clients that are relocating or looking for investment property. Agents we dealt with were not well versed in buying strategies or using the CA MLS system tools to assist us remotely.

barbara merrill of Bennion DeVille review: I try to flip 4-5 homes a year. I've dealt with dozens of agents. barbara merrill is by far the WORST AGENT I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED. Arrogant, obnoxious, greedy and incompetent. I was the buyer and she has no idea on how to communicate with a buyer. Ask her peers opinion and the honest ones will say exactly what I've said. Do yourself a favor. Try another agent

BD homes handled the listing on our home purchase in Palm Springs. Overall, it was a great experience, however, these people get one star for the simple fact that our realtor informed us after close that he keeps keys to his listings. You read that right - THEY (complete strangers) KEEP THE KEYS TO YOUR HOME AFTER THE CLOSE. When we expressed our discomfort with this we were told that, "we can always change the locks." Well, of course we changed the locks because we don't want people that we don't know having keys to our home. Period. We have purchased several homes in our lives and have NEVER encountered such a personal security issue. Believe me - do your business elsewhere. And if you bought a home through this company- change your locks.

This comes after having suffered thru unproductive experiences thru other Realtors in Palm Springs over the past 3 years. In the past, I did not get 'the straight truth'; I got pie-in-the-sky optimism, cheerfulness, promises of "I'm different -I give 100% personal attention to EVERY LISTING...". Pretty much went thru every negative scenario - from passing on open houses to 'assistants'; not having open houses when it was absolutely right to, dropping the ball on follow up with potential Buyers, forgetting terms in a contract and responding, 'Well, we're here now - what do you want to do...?" (is that a trick question?? :) YES - I had already learned that a great number of Reatlors in PS treat their job as a glorified hobby (some actually take long weekends off every week - HOW are you doing proper Open Houses??) OR focus only on big-ticket 'homes in the hills' and ignore most else... OR are simply unprofessionals with not alot of experience. AND THEN... CHARLES GRIGG... Bennion Deville. (THANK YOU Philip for the recommend!) From the moment we started and I was (understandably) immune to the promises, optimism, and hype - CHARLES was different. He was real, direct, got to work IMMEDIATELY, created / sent me beautiful ads for my input, advertised EVERY week, did caravans and open houses - that he was present for EVERY TIME - got huge results during what had in previous years been labelled 'slow periods' by previous (lazy) agents - and within 3 WEEKS got tons of interest - AND - cherry on the sundae - got us not only an OFFER - but one that surpassed any previous offers (one just a few months prior). During Escrow, we passed thru all the hurdles seamlessly without drama, and (have to confess) due to past experiences - called almost every day out of nerves from the past challenges. CHARLES answered every one kindly, patiently, shared more info so I'd really feel 'in the know' - and all I can say is - past 3 years - woulda been CAKE had been fortunate enough to meet CHARLES. Planning to BUY, SELL, find great vacation home, or profit-making property (Palm Springs is THE place!), or just considering your options...?? CALL CHARLES GRIGG.
