“First, I will say that Kevin at The Bean Counter seems to be very knowledable in tax related issues. He gave me more information than I have received from other accounts I have previously tried. My one frustration is that we had a virtual meeting scheduled, but they were having technical difficulties, so he did not make that meeting. I can understand that happens, but would have appreciated a call to let me know. It took a few days, but he did get back to me. Since we were not up against a deadline, no harm, I suppose; just didn't get off to a great start. When Kevin finally did reply to me by email, the information was very thorough and he addressed all of my questions.”
