I was having problems with a leak in my 11 year old Escape. I took it to the local Ford dealership, and one of the staff recommend Chuy's to me.I am very thankful he did.Turns out I had 2 issues with my car, and both were repaired quickly, efficiently, and for a reasonable price.

The quality of their work is either hit or miss. There were numerous times that I had to return my car due to them not getting it right the first time. I would dread having to leave my car with them overnight because the area around the shop isnt exactly the greatest.Services: General repairs & maintenance

Update: Took Chuy's Automotive to court. Won the claim the first time. Chuy demanded an appeal which allowed for even more time to prepare their proof that work was completed and to provide documentation with the parts they purchased for my car. They showed up with documentation from the wrong year (a paper dated a whole year later and not the year I took my car). One of the papers didn't even list the right year for my car. Chuy's rude assistant claimed that Chuy himself performed the work; Chuy disputed that in court and said he didn't remember who worked on my car. We also won the appeal and the judge ordered Chuy's to reimburse $653.96. Even more proof to stay away from this shady place. Save yourself your hard earned money; they don't deserve the business for dishonesty. They will mess up your car worse than when you first brought it in.

My dad has been coming here for years. Very trustworthy and reasonable prices. I drive from LA whenever I need to change oil or have a time up because they are extra careful and reasonably priced plus I get to visit my dad. I'm super happy to have a reliable auto repair.

Called them in the morning, the price I was told is the price I paid. I am extremely pleased with my new muffler for my civic, weld was done very clean as I asked. I would recommend this place to my friends and family.Service: Auto exhaust system repair

I am late in posting this but was so happy to get my repairs to my car done here at Chuey's . I got 'stuck' in Palm Springs in January and decided to give them a try . I couldn't have been happier . It was a holiday weekend and they were busy so made an appointment for the Tuesday . Took my car in that morning and it was ready by 1. Great Job by Chevy himself but his guys were very helpful with me determining why the problem was beforehand . Thank you so much to you all . I now feel good about having a reliable mechanic when I am in the desert . Colin Mennie .

Went in on Saturday morning without an appointment. They were able to install four new sets of brake pads within two hours. And their prices are VERY reasonable. Great service. I'll be back.
