“Being new to Palm Springs, I wanted a place to paint with other artists. Instructor, David Fairrington was great. He's very knowledgeable and provides actionable feedback to improve as an artist. I highly recommend this organization.”

“I was two minutes late for my flight 5 in the morning and my new flight wasn’t until 4pm. This is one of the best USOs I’ve been to. They have amazing hospitality and the volunteer named Virginia was very sweet and welcoming. Highly recommended”

“The Palm Springs Air Museum is a great visit if you're a military history buff or just enjoy seeing all manners of aircraft from WWI all the way to the Iraq war. Its similar to the USS Midway Museum in San Diego, except that there is more focus on the aircraft and you get to see some really impressive planes up close. Our favorites:* B17 Bomber - The Flying Fortress - absolutely huge and capable of dropping a bunch of 1000-lb bombs!* F117 Nighthawk - A Stealth Fighter that is nowobsolete at a whopping price-tag of $42MM in the 80's?!* The Predator Drone was cool and intimidating - guess that's the wave of the future. Go small and hit them when they least expect it.* Inspiring stories of bravery such as the Tuskegee Airmen along with Rosie the Riveter. Also makes me proud to be an American as learning about the end of WW2 when the USA and allies helped rebuild Japan and Germany and later on forged strong friendships to this day.The veterans and volunteers are also great and passionate about telling stories and answering questions. Definitely a must-see place in Palm Springs.”

“This is an awesome record store that also sells cute nicknacks. The man working here is so wonderful and kind. He will strike up a deep conversation with you about life and everything in between! I also learned they have a donation box here for students with disabilities who play music! How cool! This is 100% the kind of business I want to support, especially with the manager they have working here!! Great customer service and great products.”

“I am so grateful this place exists. This was the best healthcare experience I ve had in America in the past 13 years it changed my perspective towards American healthcare workers. The doctor and the nurse was so amazing, they run a perfect clinic. I would give 6 stars if I could.Everything is free, you dont have to pay anything. This clinic is to help the people that cant access healthcare services.Other doctors should take lessons from this clinic on how to treat patients with respect and honesty.”

“We took two walking tours with the society: Rat Pack Playground & Golden Era Hollywood Homes. The tour guides were very knowledgeable. The tours were a good combination of architecture education & the history of celebrity life in Palm Springs. The distance covered was very reasonable and the terrain was very manageable. Would highly recommend their tours to increase your knowledge of how the city came to be and how mid century modern began to flourish.”

“Very warm and welcoming atmosphere to this meditation center. I took the course a couple of years ago and was in need of some support recently. My request was very quickly acknowledged and a remote "tune up" session with Dennis was very helpful. Highly recommended!”

“The Revivals on Indian Canyon in Palm Springs is a great second hand store. A lot of the staff are volunteers who believe in the mission that founded the business. Their support and that of the community is what makes Revivals such a staple of the city. There is a wonderful selection of clothing and housewares, furniture, and the usual odds and ends. Prices are beyond reasonable, and they will accept all kinds of donations at their drop off center behind the store.”

“I had a great visit. JP was the nurse that I saw in the Orange Clinic. He was very friendly, non-judgemental, and informative. I have only been to this clinic twice, but if most of the clinicians are like he is, it must be a good place.”
