I recently stayed at the Days Inn in Palm Springs, and while the rooms may be a bit outdated, the exceptional customer service truly made the experience memorable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, making the stay enjoyable. Despite the room's older decor, it served its purpose perfectly--providing a comfortable and safe space for a good night's sleep at a fantastic price. The hotel's amenities, including the pool and Jacuzzis, were well-maintained, and the spacious room sizes added to the overall positive experience. If you're looking for a budget-friendly option that prioritizes service and basic comfort, this hotel is an excellent choice. Btw thanks to the front desk staff y'all know who y'all are thanks a bunch

I arrived here at their location in the north side of Palm Springs, in the afternoon intending to check in. However, I noted the general manager, Erin, after interacting with a guest. I quickly decided to take my money elsewhere. The general manager, after finishing the conversation with the guest, then proceeded to make fun of the guest within earshot of that guest. It is unfortunate that in California, let alone Palm Springs of all places, her type of homophobic behavior is allowed in a general management position. I did not think that would be the case in 2023. However, the world, and obviously Days Inn management, continue to surprise me.

Great staff, but property is old and worn…and you truly get what you pay for. Key locks on the door don’t work, patio furniture falling apart, super loud toilets and ac, sketchy fellow guests, showers that run hot/cold, hot/cold all within the 3 minutes you’re in it, a general feeling of the place being unsafe. The area was not as bad as we’d been warned-it was actually not far from downtown, close to hiking trails, and nice walks.

Decent hotel, pretty clean the staff was really nice and helpful and let us change our room number so we could park our trailer in a spot that we felt we could keep an eye on it throughout the night. Would have given them a 5 star rating except for the fact that for whatever reason the hot water didn’t work coming out of the shower head so I had to take a bath and the sliding screen door wouldn’t shut all the way so we couldn’t properly secure it with the bar. But overall nice place and nice staff.

We stayed here for only one night as we arrived later. The man at the front desk was less than enthused but they were fully booked. The rooms and hallways were dirty, especially the bathroom and toilet. The was a gap around the door where a lot of daylight came through. It’s a bit dodgy and would not say it’s kid-friendly.The only redeeming qualities are that it is closer to the airport, walking distance to restaurants and bars and the beds weren’t bad.If you’re only staying overnight, it may be your lowest price option!Rooms: Double Queen room has enough space for a family but is not clean.Food & drinks: Multiple bars/clubs nearby

Our room 328 had hot water problems. The temp could not be regulated snd stayed cold for most of our 3 night visit. Our furnishings were old and had cigarettes marks. I wish I could find something to say

We got a room next to the stairway and maintenance room and could hear everything. I asked the front desk worker Alex if I could get another room, but he refused and was extremely rude. I asked to speak with his manager and she had no problem changing my room. Alex needs to practice better customer service skills.

I stayed here on the Fourth of July and it was great! The hotel staff was super friendly at check in and gave clear instructions on where to park to best access our room, since we were there for work and had a ton of stuff with us. We had gotten a larger room back toward the gym, which we LOVED. When we stay here again, we will pay the extra amount to stay in one of these larger rooms, because you basically get twice the amount of space and it's so nice to feel like you can have a living room area/mini kitchen area in a space completely separate from the beds.I loved the half-hidden corner shower, too. I can see some people wanting to complain about the place being outdated but I viewed that as a pro. I really liked feeling like I had stepped back in time a bit. The rooms were clean and everything that needed to work worked. The pool is huge and the views of the mountains in the background are unmatched. The location is also super convenient. Close to everything you'd want to see in Palm Springs. The price is very reasonable, too. If you are looking for something super modern then this isn't your place, but if you're happy with a friendly hotel at an affordable rate with a ton of charm and an awesome outdoor pool, then this place is perfect. No complaints.

Rooms are plain and dated, but fairly clean. Door locks are old and did not seem secure. Pool is nice and clean. Check in was easy. Good price and within walking distance of a few good bars and restaurants.

I was so excited to travel to Palm Springs. I’m traveling for work all over California, and my job usually books descent places to stay. This however was not descent. The front desk employees were amazing first of all. The room was outdated and had a weird smell. The air conditioner was so loud you couldn’t hear the tv. The pool and location of the hotel were top notch though. However, I literally used a whole can of Lysol in this room. Water in the sink was cloudy so I used bottled water to brush my teeth, and the knobs for hot/cold water in the shower were shady. You either had to take a scolding hot shower or a cold shower ( no in between). The mini fridge had mold in it and the Mountain View of the demolished hotel/parking lot was not it. If I ever travel to Palm Springs again I’ll book my own hotel and opt to be reimbursed.

Property needs a ton of work for its very weathered in every way. There are homeless on bikes cruising around inside the property and didn't feel completely safe especially when leaving my car unattended in the lot. Cameras unprofessionally installed everywhere which is a huge indicator they've encountered many problems. This place is pretty depressing but the staff is nice and Rick's cafe is a stones throw away.......those are the only positives here. Cheap is not always good and this is a perfect example.

Pretty affordable hotel. Looks a bit old and renovations are much needed but it's close enough to downtown to make it worth staying here.At first, I thought it was a retirement community, as older gay men seem to be the primary customer, but I was wrong.Overall, it hasn't been the most terrible hotel I've stayed at, but room service didn't come by at all during our 2 day stay. We needed a little cleaning of the room and fresh towels, but we managed without these accommodations. For a last minute trip, the pricing was the most competitive, but for our next trip back, I'd probably plan ahead and book something a bit better. I wouldn't rule this hotel out nevertheless.

Well, nostalgia is something I can get into, I don't like it in my hotels. I think they're in the process of renovating rooms currently. Unfortunately, the room I was staying in was not one of those that had been renovated already. It seemed to be following apart in many ways including the security bar, which was the only thing that was holding our door. The sliding door closed.I do appreciate they have a restaurant on site even though it closes at 2: 00p. Rick's deserves a shout out for their service, cleanliness, and availability of items on the menu.

Shower went from freezing cold to scalding hot. Ice machine broken. Both Room keys had to be recharged 4 times and we only stated there for 2 nights. Hallway carpet was very dirty. The whole place needs refurbished. The only positive is the bed was
