I recently had the privilege of receiving care from the surgical staff at Desert Regional Medical Center, and I am absolutely blown away by their professionalism, expertise, and genuine compassion. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was in the most capable hands possible. The entire team, from the surgeon Dr Jamison to the nurses to the support staff, went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and well-being throughout the entire process.Not only were they incredibly skilled in their technical abilities, but they also took the time to explain every aspect of my procedure in a way that was easy to understand and alleviated any anxiety I had. Their attention to detail and commitment to patient care truly set them apart.During my recovery, the nurses were attentive and responsive to my needs, providing exceptional care with kindness and empathy. It was evident that they genuinely cared about my recovery and were dedicated to ensuring I had the best possible outcome.I am so grateful to the surgical staff at Desert Regional Medical Center for their exceptional care and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of surgical services. They are truly an outstanding team, and I cannot thank them enough for their dedication to excellence in patient care.

Told incorrect info by case managers. Only speak to doctors. They will unduly worry and stress you at a time you really don't need it... Dr apologised for the staff.

After a small misunderstanding about my prescription, I've come to appreciate this team. Everyone is super nice, even if the wait can be long ... but hey, it gives you a chance to people watch and rest in the lobby. They even stayed open a few minutes late for me to get my medication one evening, after I was late getting out of work. Go support small local businesses! It matters and you can feel the difference it makes

It started out fine with them offering to package and deliver my medicine and now it's a nightmare. It's like pulling teeth. Fake promises like we're filling it right now and oh we forgot your address . I take a lot of meds and need consistency. I've even received pills that do the same job . It's a mess

2 days no medication. Make promises they can’t keep. Staff hung up on me yesterday. I’m so upset right now and as usual zero answers and we didn’t promise this when they did!!!!

Wow. Today my husband showed up at 4:55 to pick up insulin I no longer had and they did say they closed at 5 but to have lights off and doors locked before actually being closed. What a shame, especially since they knew he was on his way and that I had no more insulin...I guess I gotta find a new pharmacy now

I took my Dad on a regular doctor's visit at this location inside the cancer treatment center I waited outside for him as unvaccination could not enter the hospital I decided to go to the pharmacy to check out a medicine that needed to be picked up for him my dad was sitting in the pharmacy waiting on a covid-19 shot that was being done not even considering of letting me know his daughter and caregiver about the shot and or it's reactions. As I approached an asked why is my dad in the pharmacy oh he's going to get his covid shot so I said no he's not and I wheeled my dad out of there. And now every since we're treated like they don't want our business anymore medicine is late they deliver some medicine and not all this medicine is not ready that medicine is not can people place a disaster I would give them zero Stars if I could and the answering service people are RUDE!
