Closed at 4pm. Sounds like they don’t want anymore business after 4

I was glad they had batteries; however, one of the staff members was very rude. A woman was haggling over a refund for a newspaper while I waited 10 minutes. When I was almost at the counter, I asked the clerk if it would be much longer because I had to catch a flight. Then she said I had to go to another longer line, which I did and waited 10 more minutes. When I complained I was ignored, which was frustrating for a traveler at an airport.

A small airport with a big personality. The open air concourse is something I have never experienced before and I like the ideas of being able to sit and enjoy a meal or just relax before a flight in the fresh outdoor air. I prefer the drive to my final destination from the San Diego airport but it is always nice to have options and this is a good one.

We were there in mid-February during high season. It was confusing and difficult to get around. Signage was sporadic and confusing. The baggage carousels only went around one time with bags from the airplane. We didn't know where to go to get a shared ride. The bottom line is that the Palm Springs airport management needs to rethink the experience of the person coming into the airport and how that person needs to negotiate through the various steps necessary to deplane, retrieve luggage, rent a car/use alternative forms of pick up. It is not designed for large masses of people coming in at once, especially during peak tourist times. Food service was terrible because so many visitors were there and there wasn't enough facilities to handle the masses. Sorry, but it really was confusing and not a pleasant experience for me.

Clean, nice staff, good environment and full of places to eat and drink! Easily accessible from the road and also easy to get in and out of.

Insanely easy airport to navigate since it's so small. TSA only took 10 mins and renting/returning a car was also 10 mins. Not a lot of food options but they have a couple of restaurants, a bar & grill, and a starbucks in the lower level. However, I saw there were a lot of 4-5 yelp star restaurants around the area. If you have some time when you land Or before your flight, check them out!

So far one of the nicest staff I've ever encountered at an airport! Super helpful, polite to the T and bathrooms are extremely clean which is a plus! It gets a little crazy when you're leaving in the middle of a film festival weekend but perks on everyone you get to meet.

Small airport that is indoor AND outdoor. Easy to get through and security lines were short upon arrival and leaving. Car rentals are conveniently located where baggage claim is too.

After flying all over the country to all the mega airports it is always such a pleasure to come back home to this small, more intimate airport. Very friendly atmosphere and you won't get lost in this place It was so funny my first visit to this airport. I was used to my home airport; O'Hare Airport in Chicago. World's busiest airport where every minute plane takes off or lands. Not here. I had to pick up a friend here once. I was expecting lots of in and out traffic with airplanes landing every 5 minutes. Boy was I in for a surprise. We sat for an hour waiting for my friends plane to land. Not one plane took off or landed. And I saw only 3 cars drive by. Must be one of most unused airports in world.

This is the most beautiful airport I've ever been to. It's completely open air. Very small, but easy to navigate. Not very many stores or restaurants but by far my favorite airport!

I liked this airport a lot! It's outdoors so I imagine very hot in the summers and cold in winters. There were birds flying around inside the gates which was crazy! They have a few restaurants to choose from, a Starbucks and a couple convenience stores. Very quick and low wait times, which I realize is because they're very small compared to other airports, but we checked our bags, went through security and got to the gate in under 20 minutes. Not what I'm used to in my big city!

I love this airport!!! Quaint lil airport with all it's amenities. I was a bit worry not having my coffee seeing the Starbucks location outside the check-in gate but then after checking in, there's an oasis waiting for you. You get all necessary options on food and coffee (there's a fancy Celebrity Coffee place on the other side of the outdoor waiting area but I saw it after I grabbed Starbucks already) Love the hassle free, love the vibe, will definitely fly into here if I have to be in the area again

Filthiest women's bathrooms I have seen. Overall a good airport but only one out of seven stalls was usable. Unbelievable. Starbucks was closing down so has to rush I. To get something before waiting to Pick Up my friend. Dirty. Sad

Easy to get in and out of. Check in and TSA were a breeze, everyone was also very friendly. Decent amount of dining options for such a small airport both inside and outside the gate areas.

This is currently my all time favorite airport. It screamed California from the moment I stepped out of the airplane, down the steps and onto the runway. Yes! It's that small. I glanced around hoping to see Humphry Bogart, but alas, only sunshine, mountains and palm trees greeted me. The airport is two buildings and a lot of outdoor walking spaces. It is just too cool. The departure area is one large room that is very accommodating including stations to charge electronics, lots of comfy seats, a little gift area and a small eatery. Staff are friendly and patient--always a plus when flying.
