the equipment is nice, but they don't have anything you upgrade for. they sell you on a bigger package but then don't have whatever they sell you on. the trainers are mostly super young so they constantly cancel, or they push you off to a different trainer, who's also super young. the trainers dont communicate, the trainer manager doesn't communicate, they don't take their job or your weight loss seriously. definetly make you stop caring about it yourself. I'm already at a different gym after only 3 weeks.

After 15 years, I think I can give you an honest review. This is actually a great gym to work out because it's very centrally located. It has a sauna as well as showers. It used to have tanning booth here but no longer. The people at the front desk have always been very cordial and friendly, and have always helped me out to the best of their ability, so I have no qualms there. Overall, the gym is outdated and it's actually pretty dirty and the equipments rather old and I have seen many times it break down on users that are trying to work out one person actually got injured as the cable snapped and hit them square in the face that neither here or there we need to be careful with our surroundings that could happen at a brand new gym as well. I do think they need to be more careful as far as whom they let in there because I've seen people pass out on fentanyl. I've had items stolen from my bag and what can I say just be very careful with your belongings. this is a gym and it is public. I always enjoy finishing the day in Asana and talking to some of my sauna friends about our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ may you find him now so if you wanna have a good workout come to EOS just don't dress up for it. It's not fancy there's much prettier gyms that are brand new that have all the amenities but this one has such the location that even though it's not as good as the rest of them it's still holds up and you can get a great out here is that negative I hope not because I want you to get off your butt and get after it. God bless you all.

This place needs better plumbers. Been here a few months and three times the showers have gone days without hot water. It's down again and employees don't seem to care. It was just working yesterday, plumbers come out and now no hot water in men's locker room, while the girls locker room has boiling hot water to the point my girlfriend couldn't rinse off after because it burned her even on the coldest setting it was steaming hot. Why are we paying $26 a month when half the time facilities are down or not working properly? Get it together! You'd expect this from planet fitness not EOs.

I was only going to be in town for one month and I needed a gym to keep up with my program. It's decent but it's so busy that the WiFi and all the equipment is at capacity, especially near lunch time. I had to walk out today blowing half my workout because there were no benches available. I also couldn't access any music or my program on my phone because the WiFi was being used by 100 or more people. I tend to have great coverage using data anywhere but by the airport it's almost unusable. $70 for the basic 1 month only access. A bit steep but there weren't many other options. If you do get a membership go at odd times or download all you music and programs or you'll be wasting your time.

Worst gym in the desert. There is never any parking spots available. Always overcrowded. The building has way more people that are allowed at once. The city should look into this issue. It is hard to get an equipment because it is always packed. The fact that people go to the gym to create content is insane. People are constantly on their phone rather than working out. You will need to stand around and wait for an equipment. Large groups of teenagers socializing. Management is aweful, very unprofessional and rude. Avoid this gym.

!!!!PERSONAL TRAINING- DO NOT SIGN UP AT EOS!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do not get a training membership at this gym!! You will be sorry! I have worked in legal contracts, management, and customer service for 20 years. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.Dwayne, the manager, and his training team are not only dishonest, but work the system when it comes to the stereotype of personal training memberships. They con you into getting into one of their programs, but then they will never let you go. They will tell you there is a “freeze option” but don’t be fooled by this. The bills will start racking up for you and with no communication from EOS about when they take you off “freeze” and when the payments stat again. They will tell you everything is perfect, when you sign up. However, the story changes with each person you talk to you when you call. A bunch of folks running the front who have no true idea what’s going on. Horrible communication. Talk to one person at the front? Call agin and the instruction will be totally different. My experience with the front desk and having them communicate to the training team has been impossible. There are a bunch of young millennials running the front desk with terrible communication skills. I not only lost $5000 in training fees, but when I approach to management about the errors made at the front des when I had asked to cancel, they were ignored and essentially Dwayne and his management team balked at were no help.!!!!!!! WARNING; DO NOT GET INTO A CONTRACT WITH EOS FOR TRAINING!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You and you bank account will be sorry.“Management from Corporate” is an extension of the communication with the local gym. If someone from “corporate”decides to actually respond to this review, it will be fascinating to see their response. Can’t wait! I am actually incredibly reasonable and my situation was handled horribly. Period. Please save your sanity, DONT SIGN UP…..

Love the gym but I don't like waiting for kids taking up the machine and on there phones taking up time . I think they should make all members bring towels to cover .

The gym is nice but be careful. Their promotion is very tricky. 7 days or 14 days free membership is not 7 days or 14 days. They don’t give you full days if you don’t sign up. They don’t explain at the first place. The membership is not as advertised either. They are trying to sell memberships without well explanation. Some staff are bossy. Sounds not a professional.

Beware if you’re a straight man coming in to this gym. I’ve been harassed by gay men while working out. To the point to where I made a complaint to the general manager- and was laughed at for doing so. I have no problem with gay men. I do have a problem with being stocked and harassed while working out though.(2021)I was also singled out for not wearing a mask while others were not wearing a mask as well. Very unprofessional staff here

The gym itself is large, clean and it's equipment seems to be great. The only issue is it draws large amounts of teenagers that come in groups. I'm glad that this is their safe space to gather and exercise is always important. But the gym is not large enough for them to stand in groups of 3 to 4 and mostly talk. I wish I didn't feel like warning others about it but it can be annoying. But when you choose a 10 dollar gym it has to be expected.

Do not go here, worst gym in the desert. It’s too crowded to get on any of the machines all times of the day.The pay structure is misleading as well. They charged me $60 bucks to workout there for like 2.5 weeks. They say $10 a month it’s not.I feel totally ripped off by this place. Majority of staff are pretty rude as well. I can’t believe this place is still in business. They do have nice machines but you can’t get on any of them. Steer clear of this place, especially if you’re just visiting the desert for a few weeks or months.

Have been coming here off and on for a few years as I travel, best gym in Palm Springs. Eli and Carlos were incredibly helpful at the front desk too. They have upgraded the gym a lot from a few years ago and they keep up with fixing issues. Definitely recommend!
