I picked up a real nice caddy from Travis at Exotic Motor Cars. It was a great experience. I love the car and the price was accurate. The process was no pressure and fast and easy. This dealership is on point.

One of the most TRAUMATIC AND HUMILIATING car purchasing experiences of my life, and that's not hyperbole. The way I was harassed by the offensive abusive staff was borderline criminal.I kept my cool and acted very mellow throughout my horrific time at this establishment. My unforgivable crime was being insistent on asking basic self-preservation questions like, may I read this through before I sign it?I literally no joke had two or three people standing over me yelling at me for an extended period of time, including the owner of the place! It was unbelievable.The car I was buying was not expensive around $10,000, but they would not even negotiate the price down a measly $200. At one point, the accounting lady acted completely outraged that I would try to negotiate for even $200, and she picks up the stack of papers and says, forget the whole thing then! And makes like she's going to tear them all in half until I stopped her.All this while they kept distracting me with various employees coming up and asking inane questions while new papers were shuffled and inserted for me to sign. These were for thousands of dollars of extras I did not want and did not ask for.I mean, there must've been multiple state laws broken during this nightmarish process...Finally about halfway through I asked if I could have five minutes to breathe (as I wanted to look up on the Internet some of the terms and contracts I was signing). The salespeople got up in a huff and then proceeded to whisper loudly from across the room about how horrible I was as a customer!It was total psychological warfare - like Vietnam level! – as they tried to bully me into submission by way of humiliation. I could tell this wasn't the first time they'd done such an orchestrated rehearsed attack.I had already signed a good chunk of the paperwork at that point, and I did actually want the car, so I just went ahead and finished signing everything so I could get the hell out of there!As I'm trying to walk out of the place to get into my new car, the owner is literally following two steps behind insisting on continuing to berate me in front of other customers.I was talked down to like a errant juvenile delinquent who needed to be put in his place. (For the record, I'm a professional in my late 40s, and a Californian native who lived and worked in the intense corporate world of New York City for over a decade, making six figures!)As an adult man, I rarely feel like I'm going to burst into tears, but I was nearly at that point as I drove away from this twisted hell hole of a car dealership!!Looking back, it seems like a surreal hidden camera prank show or a or an outrageous Saturday Night Live skit it was so over the top and absurd. I would be able to laugh more if it still wasn't such a painful memory.Perhaps if I had bought one of the $100,000 cars for all cash, I would have been treated differently.But you won't be surprised at my final summation: RUN, DON'T WALK, AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! You would be better off taking a dirty public bus or crawling down the sidewalk on your hands and knees for the rest of your life rather than purchase a vehicle from these absolute monsters.

I enjoy stopping by and looking at the great cars you can buy a collector car for the price of the cheapest sedan and it will never lose its value Henry the new owner is a great guy and is easy to get to know it sure is a good way to beat the heat thanks fcb mip n.y bu nhi m.j

A highly recommended place to do business with! I recently consigned a Mercedes with this dealership, and the entire transaction was flawless! Vehicle was sold in a reasonable amount of time, and I was happy with the entire process. I've also had other dealings with Exotic motorcars in years past, and there has never been a problem... They're longevity in this same location is a testament to good business practices. Steve Derbyshire had been with this business for years, and his recent passing was a shock to the community, But Henry is there to help you, whether you are buying or selling, and they always have a great selection of classics and exotics. The place is bigger than it looks from the street, many more buildings packed with cars in the back. Yes,they welcome browsers!!

Make no mistake--this is not a used car dealer. This is a SPECIAL car dealer. My wife and I just took delivery of an immaculate, like-new 2013 Mercedes Benz E350 coupe, and it is stunning. Like the other cars Exotic sells, it is pre-owned, but it doesn't look it. The vast majority of the cars there have few road miles and are in nearly showroom condition despite their age. The variety of exclusive vehicles is what is most surprising. Only the Petersen Auto Museum in LA has a better collection LOL! However, the best thing of all about Exotic Motor Cars is the customer service--warm, friendly and not a hint of pressure. We were able to browse as much and as long as we wanted. Henry, Steve and Debbie, we appreciate you. We have a great like-new Benz in the driveway and are thankful for the memorable experience.

I love this dealership, and trust them enough to buy cars sight unseen. They drive exactly as described, which in my case, is like brand new. They have the finest curated collection of exotic vehicles I've ever seen, including museums.

Had gone in to discuss selling my sports car and spoke with Henry. He was very nice and I agreed to return in a few days.. called to make an appt with Henry and got a smart ass named Steve. He joked around saying Henry is there every day, to come down. We went over and of course no Henry. Attempted to deal with sarcastic Steve who, had absolutely no intention of even coming close to what Henry had said. The I'm a cute Brit crap got real old real quick after he not only insulted us, but laughed about it. The offer he gave was ridiculous and he even insulted other exotic dealers around town.What a joke.. we ended up going down the street and were cut a check that day for more money. Note.. if no Henry, no go..

We purchased a 1972 Mercedes 350 SL last year. I'm writing this now because I'm still upset about the experience of purchasing this vehicle. When I asked to take the car for a test drive, I was told that they couldn't get the car started, and that the car would be towed to their mechanic. The mechanic was awesome; he tried everything to get the car to run properly, and, after 6 months and $7,000 dollars later, we finally got the car back. We were assured that the car was in good working order and that we could take it on a road trip safely. The car broke down 200 miles away and we had to have it towed back to the mechanic. After a month of waiting for our car, which they couldn't ever get running properly, we asked Exotic Motors for our money back. Instead, Henry offered us another car and we agreed to swap it. We had hoped it was going to be an even trade, but instead, we had to pay $9,000 more to trade the car. We were told that the replacement car had been completely serviced. After the purchase, we took the car to our own mechanic. We were told that the oil and transmission fluid were dirty, the brakes had to be overhauled, and the car needed a new AC unit. We also learned that an improper battery had been installed and needed to be replaced with a vented model compatible with the car. We ended up spending substantially more than ever was anticipated.

This outfit showed me great customer service. I drove 4 hours to see and pick up a car. Staff opened the shop early, had paperwork completed quickly, and sent me on my way. The vehicle was appropriately priced, and most importantly, was well restored. The car was a treat to drive. I would definitely use them again.

I called Exotic Motor Cars and a gentlemen named Steve answered the phone with a thick English accent. I said not only do you sell exotic cars but you have an exotic voice. We both laughed and then I started asking Steve a question about the car I was interested in , a 2010 Chevrolet Corvette Grand Sport. Steve told me all about the car and then asked me if I wanted to FaceTime so he could show me the entire car inch by inch. He showed me the car, rims, interior, started the engine, operated the convertible top and more. I know I took a big risk buying a car that I didn't see in person but Steve really seemed honest and sincere for a car salesmen, LOL. I took the risk and told Steve that I wanted to buy the car. He said "wonderful mate" and transferred me to Deborah who took over from there with the sale of the car. Deborah was very professional and did an amazing job with sending me all the paperwork via email that I needed to DocuSign. I signed all the paperwork and sent them a wire transfer for the car. I never left my living room and moments later I was the proud owner of the iconic Corvette. Steve and Deborah made my experience with Exotic Motor Cars as seamless and as painless as possible. They should both be commended for a job well done. With a clear conscience I can truly recommend Exotic Motor Cars if you're looking for a preowned exotic car. Thank you Steve and Deborah for a wonderful car buying experience.

Thank you Henry, Steve and Deborah!!I’m more than happy to share my experience with Exotic Motor Cars. I set off to purchase my now new car to me from them. I live in Texas and have never bought a car from out of state or site unseen. I had been looking for my car for over 8 months before seeing it at Exotic Motor Cars. I had test drove about 6 different models and when I saw it appear on there website I knew I had to act fast. It was a little complicated but a special thanks to Henry for his creative thinking and help to make my dream come true. The level of customer service was far and above any dealership I’ve dealt with in the past. I’m very cautious and careful about who I will work with and was pleasantly surprised at each step working with their team. A big thanks!!!
