I am currently renting a storage unit my Account ID: 2000895257 since 2021 when my rental unit in Palm Springs was sold and I have since been working as a live-in private healthcare provider in Carlsbad, CA. My current work contract ends in September, and I plan to return to Palm Springs I called her last Friday to rent an additional unit to store some extra belongings.. Once stored, I plan to sort through and dispose of items I no longer need then keep only one unit. She found a unit next door less than 15 minutes after please let me know if there is availability near my current unit.

Bertha was immediately polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and positive. I was going to look at 3 additional places but decided not to bother. I don't understand why there is not a light in tge storage unit. That makes no sense to me but her attitude and warm positivity changed my mind. I went to my car to leave, but instead returned to the office and signed the contract.

Been using Extra Space Storage for a few years now and everything has always been great. Great customer service, great units, great properties. I absolutely hate Extra Space now! I was 2 minutes late to exit the gate and it wouldn't open to let me out. No one on site, no one was picking up any phone numbers I was calling, there was no option that I did not try. I was locked in til 6am the next day.
