To Whom It May Concern:Upon discovery of a rodent (field mouse or alike) while unpacking items contained within my storage locker this past weekend, I am no longer interested in renting from you. Extra Space Storage in Palm Springs is a fantastic convenient facility. Staff is friendly and helpful. Facility has climate controlled storage and is very close to downtown. A++++
