TL/DR: clothing is well priced but you get what you pay for. Quality is lacking and is considered fast fashion. Cute items regardless and decent price points on many items. Service is awful. Do not bring children to this store. Let me start by saying the clothing here looks pretty chic and awesome but it's fast fashion and most here is not made to stand the test of time. The service is what l had major issues with. I was shopping with my young kids (3&6), my mom, and her best friend, when l was drawn into the store by the sales rack outside. When l got into the store l could see how narrow some of the pathways were between clothing racks and displays. A girl of about 12 (she was dressed in a cheerleading outfit and apparently there was a cheer competition in town this weekend--lots of people all over Palm Springs that day) was trying to get around me and l moved to a side niche to get out of her way and we still managed to bump into each other...but it's just the way the place is set up. l am leading up to my reason for stating this, l promise. The store was busy with around 10ish people in it and its not a large store so it just makes it feel a bit more crowded due to the smaller size of it. My mom and l had my kids in one corner of the store that only had hats by the front entrance but on the opposite side so we weren't impeding an entrance or exit and they were not doing anything wrong but talking and holding the hats. They may have been laughing but l don't recall this being a crime--ever. Well, the sales lady who is an older woman, thin, caucasian (l would think?) with dyed jet black short hair basically berated my children and us for "monopolizing" the one corner of the store. That wasn't the word she used but it was basically the gist of her message. She also told us that my children shouldn't be touching the items. My mom said to her that we were purchasing the items in question. Then the lady said the store was not for kids. My mom then asked her if she was the owner. The sales lady said no. And my mom said good. I ended up taking my kids out of the store right after that. But l want to explicitly note here that l am a teacher and l have actually worked with kids from infants to 12th grade for over 15 years and l am not really biased when l say that my kids are well behaved (heck l have had hundreds of students over years to compare to, as my child is currently in kindergarten and l taught kindergarten the majority of my career) and in this situation my kids did nothing to warrant the reaction we got! It would be super safe to say l am well aware of what acceptable and unacceptable behavior for children looks like. It's clear from the other reviews that my situation is not an isolated one and sadly not. l almost wasn't going to write a review because l dislike writing low reviews. But once l saw that it wasn't an isolated incident (apparently this woman has done the same to 2 other families and likely countless others that don't Yelp!), l realized that the owner needs to be more aware because this type of behavior from a sales associate is inexcusable and unacceptable. If l reacted like that for my job l would be severely reprimanded. While l realize that in this environment the sales lady doesn't need to cater to kids, a large portion of this store's clientele is bound to have kids and/or grandkids. A little tact and grace go a long way. But sadly we were given neither. So the way this situation was handled by the store is really disappointing and l will not be returning. Life is too short to be where my kids are not wanted. And there are too many other cute shops in downtown PS and PD with exceptional service. I will stick with Serena's. All of this to say, after my mom and her friend and l discussed it (l did say l would get around to telling you why l brought up the stuff in the beginning), l think this woman is easily flustered and had anxiety over the amount of people in the store and she took it out on my kids as a scapegoat. We visited this shop and had two kids with us. We were the only people in the shop. The service was very rude. The associate followed us around and watched us the entire time. We always watch the kids and told them when touching wasn't appropriate. Instead of welcoming us and asking if we needed help, she felt the need to correct our children, even though we had already done so (and she heard us). And then she told them that the items weren't toys. Summary: A cheap, fast-fashion store that is not kid-friendly. Perhaps retail is not the right field for the associate. Would never go back in this store!

One of my must-stop places when I shop downtown PS, this shop is related to Mario's across the street, so if you buy something at one store, show your receipt at the other and get free bling. Lots of cute bracelets and earrings, there is also a constantly changing variety of wraps, dresses, and classy tops to try. Service is always enthusiastic.

BLING, BLING, BLING!!!!! Bling it on. My aunt Muriels absolute favorite store in Palm Springs. At 95, she still loves to dress in high fashion bling and glitz. This store is fabulous. Everything is absolute standout. If you desire yo make a statement, then look no further. They have shoes and boots covered in glitter. They have hats galore, adorned in glitter. Hats of all types, cowboy hats and baseball style caps. All glittery. They have the best purses I have ever seen. Many adorned with artwork. Some just plain glittery like their Pepsi and Coca-Cola purses. And since my last visit here, they have moved in more racks filled with blouses, dresses, and pants. This place has lots of rings and necklaces and earrings and more. So much merchandise in a small area. A fabulous store for sure.

Fashion Fix is my favorite clothing store in Palm Springs. Mario and Michael have impeccable taste and along with their sweet employees, they help me with choosing my stage clothes and everyday wear! Love it!!

The owner of this store is most unprofessional owner I have ever met. She had my mom in tears telling her clothes would fit on her and that she needed to camouflage her body.... it was the most unpleasant experience I have ever experienced. Doesn’t even deserve a star.

My favorite store anywhere! I live in Iowa and go to Fashion Fix several times every time I go to Palm Springs. Unique items that I wear all year long and could never find anywhere else. Wonderful customer service, and these guys WILL tell you if something looks bad on you. And they’ve helped me pick out great clothes I would never have considered on my own. Great prices, too! Love this place and look forward to going there every year.

The staff was so helpful. There was the cutest wrap in the front window and when they didn't have my size they voluntarily called their sister store to check if my size was there!!! I ended up buying an adorable hat instead!

We love to go to Palm Springs and shop at the fashion fix even though we live just down the street in Palm Desert where there are tons of other ladies clothing stores. Fashion fix is our favorite store, and Mario and Michael are so accommodating. We make a trip to Palm Springs opted just to shop there.
