Very disappointed with my cut at the Palm Springs GC. The stylist I wanted was not available and I ended up with someone else. Apparently she did not know how to use sissors and used clippers for the entire cut. I try to always work with a cut for a couple of days to see what it is really like. This cut is terrible, with both sides not the same length. It is so short that I can't even go to someone else to get it fixed and am forced to live with it until it grows out. I will not be back since I do not want to chance getting another cut like this. It is unfortunate since I use GC in Calgary AB. and have always been happy.

I had a hair cut by an older woman there. She chopped my long hair to pieces. It is just the terriblest cut I have ever received. I will be making another appointment at another salon to hopefully have it fixed.

Asked for a skin fade and half way into the cut the lady said "I'm sorry, I haven't done a fade in a while..." so her co worker tried fixing it but it just turned out horrible. Now I'm shaving my head blad to start over. I didn't really feel like I should have payed for it but I felt bad for the lady. Definitely not going back though...
