Terrible customer service. Waited in lighting 20 minutes for help, no one ever came despite repeated requests. Self check out closed, other lines 15 customers deep. I would look elsewhere before shopping here.

This store is good, could use a larger variety of stock but room to put it is the problem. Being out of stock is another issue which could use improving.Store is clean and employees are friendly and helpful.If this store doesn't have it ask them to check the other Flagstaff store for it.Let's discuss parking: why do all Home Depots NOT take into account either having truck with trailers and/or how much room is needed to maneuver them!!! Do better HD, you deal with construction people!!!

This is an updated review. Home Depot came through and fixed the gap. And they didn't just throw a spacer in there, they actually replaced the short shelves and now it goes all the way to the wall and looks great. While the experience was a little frustrating, I understand that mistakes happen and Home Depot's response to this mistake was great. They took accountability for it, didn't give me a hard time, and didn't try to just patch the error. I'm extremely satisfied now.

I have been going to this home depot for the last 12 years. they were very good with experiences, and they were older workers. Now, they have hired many young people with no-experiences, lazy, and bad attitudes. If you have questions, you should figure out yourself, or they will just point out the big whole section for you to find 1 item out of 100 items on the selves. If you can’t find it, they will say “that is all they have!”For my advise, best way for less hassle and less wondering zigzag around between the isles are order online/apps and pick up.

They will likely have most anything you need for home improvement. Don't go during lunch hour or weekday mid morning, as the store is filled with contractors getting supplies, and noon is a heavy return plus order pickup time. You may run into long lines. Mid afternoon is often best or later in the evening. If you need multiple items, check supplies online first to make sure they are in stock or you can order them delivered directly to your home or worksite shipped from other stores.

The best measure of an effective Home Depot is a shopper's ability to find a clerk when there are questions. I've never had a problem doing so and they are usually very helpful.

visited may 23, 2023 2:00 pm - carpeting guy sitting at desk, feet on the desk, looking at his phone. trying to purchase carpeting - never even acknowledge my presence. Bought paint - they were helpful, get to checkout, 2 cashiers loudly complaining about having to work in garden section. Home depot you need to do better with hiring or managing your staff = totally disappointing.

Customer service is non existent.Nobody seems to care,help assist a customer.They are more interested in socializing with each other,direct you to the wrong aisle and seem to be bothered when asked to find you an item.

We ordered our lvp flooring from Home Depot in Palm Springs, CA. Chad Barth was our flooring Specialist. He was awesome in helping us get everything ordered that we would need for the installation. He was very patient and thorough with our order. Home Depot's use of Carpet Pro's for the installation was great! And we are so happy with the results. Thank you Home Depot and Chad for helping us with the process!

It's nearly impossible to get help in here - like unlocking items to buy them. Most of the floor employees are surly, and heaven forbid asking a question Had to get something a while ago from the lockers in the front by the registers - the person handing that was clearly annoyed to be asked. The best experience I've had here is ordering online and picking up later while avoiding contact.

Went to Home Depot to buy an electric drill. No one around to wait on me. I asked someone to call for assistance. The call went out over pa. 15 minutes later no one had showed up to assist me. Walked out and went to Lowe's where I was promptly greeted and assisted with my purchase, even taken to the cashier who checked me out. What a difference in customer service!

I ordered cabinet refacing, my contract stated they would be complete by 09/2022, they were "finished" 03/2023Drawers do not close properly and the cabinets have gaps.Phone calls and emails ignored for months.No help until I filed a complaint with the BBB.Still can not get repairs or any compensation.

I received excellent customer service and extraordinary kindness from the store associate James, who came up to me and asked me if I was okay and even offered some water when I was sitting at the parking lot as I had accidentally locked my keys in my car and was waiting for my husband to bring me the spare key. James kindly suggested I wait inside the store at the patio section as there were nice chairs :) This happened after I paid and left the store. His superb customer care and courtesy did not end at the exit door. Thank you very much James, Home Depot is very lucky to have you on the team. I love this store!

Had an absolutely horrible experience with the night time manager Steven. 20 years construction management and can't believe such a condescending person works management anywhere. He would not honor my returns that I have the receipts for. I had done the same returns a few days prior. He statedwould need my bank statements and was just a rude person. constantly talking over me and mumbling walking away.. I felt like this was some hidden camera show.Steven was just a cornucopia of stuttering excuses why he could not handle the returns.First was the amount of receipts Then it was the computer could only hanf one at a time. Then the computer would crash and blah blah. Then somehow after all.of these excuses and all this time. Then some how it would accept my ID. being in construction for so many years I have done so many returns under my name and different company names never once had a problem until Steven and his attitude.Long story short if you want to be treated poorly and catch attitude go to this store at night. Usually not a review person but this. Was just absurd...
