“This is our local Lowe's and we go regularly. Actual DIY items are being replaced by seasonal decor and other less useful items. Staff help is patchy - - like most places, but staff are extremely friendly. Overall it's OK, but half the time they don't have everything for a project and we also have to go to Home Depot across the street.”

“Lowe’s used to be better but Home Depot has far superior customer service staff and cashiers. At night don’t expect much help from department staff. But if you want advice you know to stop during day or better go to Ace - The Helpful Hardware Folks. But Home Depot is a decent alternative.”
