Great place to take a hike/walk. Very serene. Go early because it gets pretty hot. The bathrooms by the trading post were pretty smelly. I'd avoid them if you can Aside from that a great day trip.

One of the coolest adventures just outside Palm Springs. Spend some time exploring the trees in the canyons and/or head out for a hike through the desert. Great day trip.
Heads up, there’s no drones permitted (didn’t see the sign until our way out).
