“Even though I was told incorrect DMV information by counter girl..... I shall assume she did not understand what I was asking. I broke it down with 3 examples. Nothing. Broke it down what she said and told her that was illegal because it was theft. 2 other workers were staring at her as if telling her, Shut your mouth,he is right! It is always quick and friendly here. Best place (and Kiosks) to do DMV transactions.”
