He waited for my son past closing time plus he gave my son a brand new phone & all it cost me was installation fee of $50.00 & $80.00 a month for both lines unlimited. Good experiences!”
“Went in to change from dvr box service .... after last week in home service tech told me Cloud DVR was now available and it would lower my bill. Unfortunately the CS Rep said it was so popular no new sign ups allowed, I asked him to make notes for hopeful credit on account when I said I would wait patiently. Until Sept @ earliest. I appreciate his honesty. Also when I started our chat I informed him I was COMPLETELY SATISFIED with my Cell service and I knew he was required to ask, I acknowledged his job expectations, and he respected my time.... that is good service!!”
