Terrible. They only look at your "credit" but they don't look at your rental history. I have an PERFECT rent history for decades and they only want people with perfect credit scores. If you don't have an 800 don't bother applying.

These people a crooks and would never recommend renting or leasing anything from them. Very crooked people, thieves to say the least.
