I rate the Labcorp at the DAP with a 5 star rating. They have been drawing my blood at least 5 times a year for the past 9? years. Thank you so much and keep up the good work. I do look forward to my next visit. Best of health and happiness to you from Sterling.

Bad service and treatment from the staff. I will definitely not use them again. They made me wait until lunch time, then they told me they were leaving on lunch!!! Really? After waiting for about 45minutes!

7 days ago, I made an appointment at the Labcorp at Walgreens in Palm Desert for 0745A today. I was there at 0720A and was told that the lab was closed today. I called Labcorp and was given another address for a site on Country Club Dr. I walked around the health center site and finally was told that this location was also closed. I tried to call Labcorp, with endless routing through a terrible phone tree, and went home to get ready for my doctor appointments. I will now have the requests sent to another company. Obviously, while I registered on line and made an appointment, this organization does not know which phlebotomy sites are open and have no way of rescheduling you to an open site if they have a staffing issue or anther cause for patient inconvenience.

Their contract with Medi-Cal and IEHP should be suspended. Why do you deny patients care who have a previous balance when they are now insured and you are guaranteed payment? It’s cruel and negligent. My husband has repeatedly had issues with LabCorp and has been denied bloodwork that was ordered by his attending physician. Unbelievable!

No where to be found... constructions around there is no sign whatsoever from LABCORP...is a myth probably doesn't exist at this address

If they want me to check myself in they need to pay me for my time.They're too cheep to hire receptionists. Every location has self check in only. Yet their prices keep going up.

Today I was at the LabCorp in Palm Springs on Tachevie... Unfortunately I fainted on the technician drawing my blood. He was so kind as was the other girl that helped him I cannot thank them enough .and I want them to know And I want them to know how much I appreciate them I want them to know

Theirs no way they don’t have a 5 star rating!I made an app here on mistake thinking I did it at another one and ended up coming to my app here once I noticed where I made it. I willl never gooo to any other LabCorp but this one!I have to do a lot of blood work once a week and these people are so fast and sweet! I love everyone in this facility!

I reported to this lab for work on August 1. I returned to the lab on August 2 to drop off items for lab procedures. Two weeks later… No results posted and they are not returning my phone calls.The behavior behind the reception desk was thoroughly unprofessional both days.Never again.
