Another bad experience with this place.
It took over 6 months to get doors and windows installed correctly.
And now, ordered flooring and tile. When delivered half of the tile were incorrect and the floor tiles were broken.
Had to spend 2.5 hours of my day going to another store and paying for tile twice to get the correct color.
Now waiting on a refund, but the customer service experience is terrible.
Home Depot is right across the street. Do yourself a favor and start there.

This Lowe’s doesn’t even deserve one Star. The worst customer service I have ever had in my entire life. I took my parents a few weeks ago to order patio furniture since they are older in age and figured it would be easy with me assisting. We scheduled for delivery and payed for assembly given my parents are older in age. Lowe’s decided to deliver the furniture without assembly therefore we returned the furniture and asked for a different delivery date with the furniture assembled. All of this was discussed with their customer service in Lowe’s. I called today to verify delivery time and they have now told me that the order was canceled. What kind of business are they running that they do not notify the customer that they decided to cancel the order. If I would have not called I would have been waiting on a canceled order that was made by them. If you try calling the store they will not transfer you to a manager or keep you on hold for hours.

LISA and customer service think that we pay her which is true but she forgets that she has to actually perform a service and help us with what it is. We need and want at the store first before she actually is supposed to get her money. The review for David would be A five as he is wonderful and very helpful and well worth every cent he gets paid, but he cannot bring the store complete score up.
