“I knew what I wanted going in, so no problems at all. Sales guy was super nice, knowledgeable and efficient. His name was Jim. All the mattresses are nice, of course, with wildly varying prices, $800 and up as far as you can imagine. They're very nice about allowing you to try out each mattress for as long as you like - in fact, they encourage lying down a bit more than you might find comfortable. (I think it's weird to do practice sleeping in a public store, but it's the best way to go.) Delivery was quick and the big guys were deft at moving these crazy heavy items.”

“Great service and very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Ken is the man!! He gave me lots of information on all the mattresses they sell and some they don't. He really wanted me to get the mattress that was right for me. I went in looking for a conventional mattress, but ended up trying a Temperpedic. I always take a very long time making the best decision when I am buying any higher ticket item. Ken never made me feel like I was wasting his time or taking too long to decide. I was in there a LOT before I decided on a Temperpedic. They delivered the mattress in a very timely fashion. I slept on it for almost the entire trial period and decided that Temperpedic was not for me. I had absolutely no hassle in doing an exchange for the Stearns and Foster mattress I now have. The old mattress was exchanged for the new the very next day. I had a little problem with the adjustable bed frame that I bought also, but Ken helped me contact Temperpedic regarding that and they sent a technician right out. All fixed. I can tell you that I was extremely happy doing business with this company. They are local to boot. I have since bought a second mattress from Ken at The Mattress Showroom in Cathedral City. “My experience at Bob’s was wonderful! As soon as walking in unnoticed how clean, organized, and spacious the store is. We were greeted by Yolanda who was so kind and helpful. She let us know how everything worked since it was our first time at the store. She gave us space but was close by when needed for questions. The selection was great. We were looking for a small sectional couch and there was plenty of options. The purchasing process was smooth once we found what we wanted. Awaiting my purchase now and very excited about the quick shipping time. Would 100% recommend a visit to Bobs!”
