I will never go back to this store. My wife and I walked in with our 7 yr old daughter and we were followed around the store by a skinny old woman with white hair. Every time I turned around there she was watching us. At one point she walked up with a cart to give us even though we specifically didn't want one so my wife wouldn't buy a bunch of stuff. When we got to the register she started saying into her radio that security was needed, then as our items were being scanned she walked up and loudly said to the cashier clearance items are non returnable. When my wife realized she forgot her purse I went to my truck to get my wallet and she followed me outside walked past me just to look at my truck and plate as I walked back into the store and paid for my items while she stood blocking the exit. What did she think we were going to do? Make a break for it with a 7 year old! If it wasn't for the fact I was buying crafts for my daughter I wouldn't spend a penny in that store. She was so blatantly obvious it was very insulting.

I can not say enough about the great customer service I receive (EVERY time) in the custom framing department. Brittany is my "go to gal" on ideas and what would look best for the items that I have needed framed. The moment we met, I immediately trusted her and her keen eye when it came to framing artwork.
I've had many items that I held off on framing for years, and I'm so glad I decided to take a chance and get them framed at Michael's. The 70% off custom framing special didn't hurt at all either.

2 people on; 1 at register and 1 in custom frames. Asked 3 times for assistance, none given. Don't expect any help/assistance. NOT all Isles are ledgibly marked very confusing. Customer service nonexistent.

Setup as most other Michaels are. We were able to find what we were looking for. The cashier was super friendly and helpful. She patiently waited for my wife to pull up her account and app to get her discount. We were only in the store for a brief time.

Good deals on yarn but employees cared more about their personal conversations than the customers. They insisted I put everything from the basket (soo much yarn) on the counter, she scanned it, put it on the other counter, and THEN asked if I wanted to pay for a bag.... no brains.It's messy in there so finding other materials isn't very easy.

The workers here care about you and are about customer service all the way! Look for the workers who have been there the longest. Remember, they have a mic... if they don't have the answer someone there will. the old timers know and there are a few at this location.
