Cheapest price on Seneca seen. They don't charge for ATM card and they toss in a cigarette lighter on a carton. This is a RAD smoke shop and they don't even smoke tobacco. The owner is an absolutely fantastic and brilliant guy. He helped gain new knowledge on hand‑making quality joints. They don't charge for ATM card.
