I cannot say enough about how relieved I am to have found a service department that I trust and feel comfortable with. I have a car servicing phobia. I always seem to feel super nervous and intimidated when dealing with my cars, which I have about a 30% knowledge bank on how they function. I came to this service department in tears worrying that I did something fatal to my engine. Josh patiently, and calmly ensured me that their team would take a look at it and give me their solid thoughts on how I should move forward. We ran diagnostics, figured out the ailments and moved forward. They continued to monitor my car every 1,000 miles, without charge, to ensure me that my Tuscon was going to be my trusted travel companion for the foreseeable future. I would highly recommend this service department to anyone who owns a Hyundai. Thank you Josh and team for making this experience as stress-free as possible.

Recently traded in my old car and leased a new Hyundai. The whole thing was made easy and pleasant because of the very professional, caring and efficient service of Peter, one of the Sales Representatives there. Was actually told to ask for him when going there from one of my friends who recently bought a new Hyundai there with the help of Peter. Not only professional, but a responsive communicator, trusting, and just a good man. Thank you Peter - love my new Kona!!

Eli found me the perfect 2024 Ioniq 5 and made the buying process easy. Gary took the time to discuss financing with me. This dealership has no inflated mark up on hot vehicles. The only thing I think the PS dealership needs is a better coffee machine!

I was ready to buy a car immediately and even after trying to reach them and emailing multiple times they don't respond at all. Thanks to my sales rep Cody King - never got an email after 5 attempts. It shouldn't be this hard to buy a car.

I won’t recommend to go to this dealership for service or car issues to be help with. Customer service from employees the worse. No resolve problems, disrespectful, not help until you get mad at them. Not give you any deadline to know when your car would be fix. Also make an appointment wouldn’t make a difference. I would be able to follow if there were working on my car or not by the app and my car was sitting at the dealership for so many days without get someone to work on it. Nobody call me for follow up. I have always to call and did not get a spec answer from the issue my car has. To get a car while my car was at the dealership was a nightmare. Basically you have to scale things in order to get what you should get when you did a purchase of over $44,000 dollars car Hyundai Tucson hybrid 2023 that start having problems at 900 miles of driving. Unacceptable. They do not find the problem in a very new car.

I went to the Hyundai service center today because I needed help putting the new plates on, and I didn't have the right tool. I also mentioned to the service consultant that I had heard there was a recall about the engines catching fire. The service person said she'd check that and have the plates put on. I literally waited 4 hours in the service area lounge for this to be completed. During that time, the service person walked by me at least 5 times and even offered me bottled water. I'm a very patient person and I had assumed it was taking time to fix the recall issue.Finally, another woman asked me what I was waiting for, and I said my car! The original service person then asked to speak to me and asked for my information. She asked why I was waiting? and I reminded her. She said the car had been ready for hours and it only took 5 minutes to change the plates! I became very frustrated upon hearing this that I waited 4 hours for nothing, and asked why she didn't have the courtesy to let me know my car was ready? The service person said I didn't fill out any paperwork so they didn't know what I was waiting for. I asked, was I supposed to fill out the paperwork myself? Is that how they operate there that customers are supposed to complete their own paperwork? She said she checked out 35 people since the time I was waiting. That infuriated me even more. No apology, nothing. She said, " don't get mad at me!" Like this was my fault? I said, "Why wouldn't I get mad? I just wasted 4 hours of my time for nothing." She then said she couldn't talk to me and walked away. Not even an offer to wash my car for my troubles, not that I expected it, but at the least I would have expected an apology for wasting my time. They never even checked on the recall issue. We were considering buying an Ionic 6 from this dealer. But if this is how poorly the service department is, we want nothing to do with Hyundai. I realize mistakes can happen but to not even offer an apology and to treat me like this was my own fault, is not professional. I'll be writing a review of my experience on Yelp and Google as well; I am really shocked how poorly I was treated by Hyundai.

Finance a use vehicle from them. The dealership messed up while detailing my car and runied plastics on the car as well as a completely missing bolt and loose bolt on the interior of the vehicle questioning the way they thoroughly inspect the vehicles. after being told they would fix it locally where I am located. Since I am five and a half hours away from the dealership, I was then ignored for a day then told that I would have to drive back five and a half hours to their dealership for them to fix the problem and having me pay for the gas and time for a problem that they admitted was there mistake. Now I'm trying to reach out to the general manager "Trey" and i have been ignored for 2 days from the GM. Instead he is having his other managers only email me. They refuse to call me to solve this problem This is sad and pathetic that they treat their customers after only having the car for a week and two days. 0 out of 10 would not recommend this dealership to anyone. It's truly sad how a dealership like this could take advantage of its customers and not have any repercussions for their actions! I would love to come to an agreement to fix this problem but it has now come to this point. All I would ask is for a call from the general manager Trey to solve this problem but it seems like that's too much to ask seems like he hides behind his desks and doesn't solve customer complaints or problems that they made and have admitted to. Please for all current and future buyers inspect your vehicles thoroughly or take it to another dealership to get it inspected before purchasing from this dealership and definitely do not let them detail your car because they will ruin it and and they're only solution to this is making you pay for the damages that they caused.

My car was having some issues. I had it towed to psh and they did everything to take care of it. Cindy kept me informed throughout the whole process. They were very accommodating to my needs. Thank you Cindy and everyone at psh you are all life savors!

I have been waiting for over three hours with an appointment for a simple oil change and regular service.I was never introduced to my service rep nor did receive any updates on status, their sence of urgency to customer service is horrible. I absolutely do not recommend this service dept. Sales is good, I felt there was value there however the service dept and customer service is one of the worst I have had the unpleasant experience and I am in the service industry.I could go on and on but just know that there are Hyundai dealerships all over and in Coachella valley I think the dealership in La Quinta would be a better choce for service. My father in law purchased his car at Hyundai of palm springs but had it serviced in La Quinta.

Best dealership experience in my life. Went in for service and oil change, dealership staff was nice and took my car in to get serviced immediately. Left and came back around the end of the day and lord knows that I should take better care of my car, the dealership washed my car interior and exterior complementary, I've never had that happen.Management is doing an excellent job here, will be coming back.

Everyone I engaged with here was 10/10. I never felt any pressure and wasn’t soured by the experience that you would typically expect from a dealership. This positive experience makes driving my new Ioniq 5 Limited even more satisfying. Shoutout to Steve, Mary, Alyssa, George, and Susan & Andrew who delivered my car.When I convince my wife our family desperately needs the Ioniq 6 N, I’ll be coming back here for sure! Stoked!

If I could give a zero I would give this dealership a zero. I took my car less than a week ago and they did a 120,000 mile service plus other work. When I took my car into this dealership no shaking or high idling happening. Since I picked up this car it has been shaking and bucking too. I will never allow this dealership to work on my car. Now I am in another state and no one has any availability to check my car. I called to speak to the service manager and I was brushed off after spending over $1000 dollars. Terrible service and customer service. ?

Replaced engine on 9 year old Santa Fe under warranty for free, then shipped it 1200+ miles to my home in Austin TX no charge! Cindy in service was our contact. She was very kind and helpful. This dealership treated me like a long term repeat customer and I didn’t even buy the car there or live in the area. My engine went out when I was passing through PS on the way to LA. This was an exceptionally positive experience. Thanks so much Cindy and Hyundai of Palm Springs!
