What a great service team. First time I've had people who were actually respectful and cared about my service and treated me like a person. I feel confident I can depend on them and happy to have this dealership. I was a little surprised to see FOX news on upstairs oh and they have snacks while you are waiting but there is a hefty charge..kinda weird. All I care about is how they treat me and my car. So far so good!! And fast, too. They actually delivered my car and they guys were very nice.Service: Oil change

They are wonderful, fast, friendly and efficient! I called for a nail in my tire, they were able to see me as a walk in, not only did they fix my tire but they were also able to do my oil service. I needed to be out of there by 145 to get my kid from school and that was exactly what happened. They listen and care and try their very best to meet your needs. As I waited I was able to use my laptop and get some personal work done. Highly recommend!

Listen to me don’t buy a car here. The warranty is just to convince you to buy a car that’s all. My car has been broken down for 3 weeks now and they still won’t fix it because there not getting there flat rate for something covered under warranty. All it is is a thermostat. They told me it would take 3 days just to run a diagnostic. For those of you that don’t know it takes a mechanic about 5 minutes to run a diagnostic. I’m now paying out of pocket to a different mechanic because this place said they can’t fix my car for 3 weeks even when the book says the job would take about an hour and a half. Also to cap it all off I called the ford warranty towing number to have my car towed here. They never even came to tow my car.Footnote: they never even gave me a rental car. They said they just didn’t have enough.

I experienced unexpected car trouble on March 5th and had my vehicle towed here.Strike 1: They told me they weren't even going to LOOK at my car for a weekThey then looked at the car and said there was an issue with the engine. They found a broken spark plug and a long explanation later, they were basically going to have to replace the engine. The car was still under warranty so no big deal, or so I thought lol. I didn't get my car back until August 31st. Over those 5 (almost 6) months I was promised that my vehicle would be ready to go on several occasions. I had to get Ford corporate involved because I was being strung along and the communication was STILL terrible.Strike 2: For 5 months they left my car sitting out in their parking lot under the desert sun. There was damage to my leather armrest and the cargo cover was splitting at the seams because the adhesive had melted. A manager came over and tried to tell me that was impossible because my car had been sitting in the shop the whole time. I then informed them that I had come to the dealership to retrieve items from my vehicle on several occasions over the months where it was sitting on their lot. It was unlocked and covered in dust sitting in the direct sun. She then tried to say it was sitting under a covered section on the lot. It was not lol.Strike 3: On my discharge paperwork I checked the reported in and out mileage. They tried to have me sign something saying my vehicle had only been driven for 1 mile. Luckily I checked the numbers myself, the odometer had actually increased by 700 MILES. I pointed it out to them and they updated the paperwork to reflect the correct mileageThe manager was supposed to get back with me regarding the additional interior damage I brought up. She never did, which is perfectly in line with the service I received from them previously. The icing on the cake was being charged a $100 deductible at the end of it all when I came to retrieve my vehicle ?.

Update to previous review. Car was returned and very clean. Still need to address issue with 2 door handles. Sounds like an easy fix.

Very well run and friendly dealership. My sales associate Bradley was exceptional. And my Ford Mustang Mach-E is exceeding all my expectations. I have owned an EV for over three years, Jaguar I-Pace, and didn't realize what I was missing until my Mustang. I love it!

Simply put...Fantastic...... The service advisor, Ronny Bailey was the greatest. All the service advisors at this dealership deserve a ten star rating. It is always a pleasure to take my vehicle in for service. I am assured of quick, quality and price competitive service. Always with a smile. Very professional and very thorough. It's a no brainer at this dealership. Will continue to service my vehicles there and will continue to purchase any new vehicle there as well.

Marlena in customer service is an awesome advisor. Unfortunately the sales staff is terrible. I asked to test drive a Bronco and was refused. I literally left PS Ford and picked up my new Bronco at Gosch Ford. They were professional enough to take me seriously and let me test drive my new vehicle. I will have it serviced in my hometown of Palm Springs but can never recommend purchasing a vehicle at Palm Springs Motors. Extremely unprofessional behavior.Service: Oil change

They completed the requested work in a timely fashion, I asked about replacing the fluid on another part and they told me that it would require $1700 because the only way to refill it is to pull out the part, drain it and refill it, and reinstall it. I took my vehicle to another shop for a second opinion and the mechanic pointed out that my specific model had a proper fill port and did not require to pull out the part to change the fluid. Total cost for that proper and quality work was 1/10 of what Ford’s “experienced transmission tech” was saying needed to be done. Very disappointing experience.

We always have the best service at Palm Springs Ford due in large part to service advisor Wally Galbraith! We recently had a recall on our 2020 Ford Escape. Wally had a technician come out to our home and correct the issue. The technician was very nice and completed the work in a very short amount of time.
