Staff are described as very kind, friendly, and loving, with some going above and beyond for customers. The groomer does a nice job, though one customer noted an issue with an unrequested upgraded grooming package. Did such a stellar job, we had to surrender 2 fish that we found when we moved into our new home. The guys were so sweet and made my kids feel wonderful about the experience- couldn't recommend more.
