I have been a PNC customer for 15 years, starting in Delaware. I transferred from a poorly run Wells Fargo branch in my town. Was thrilled to learn PNC refunds you ATM charges when using a non PNC ATM. They also have no fees on out of the country transactions. One other great advantage is that most branches can replace you lost ATM card in the branch. I could go on and on but you get what I think about this bank. TG they finally opened branches in the west!!

It's hard to articulate in few words why I hate this bank so much.They just bought my local branch of BBVA COMPASS.BBVA was great, always fully staffed... always someone to talk to.When my identity was stolen on our family trip to Hawaii, BBVA overnight sent me new cards.PNC never has anyone to talk to.At the Temecula Branch they have fired all the old employees and managers. They only have one 23 year old teller who knows nothing... and one tired looking manager who can't solve any problems.... He can only submit your request to off site managers. I have many more specifics to share...I just can't ruin my night with so much more negativity.

Do not open any accounts at this bank. . They took money out of my account without telling me and closed my account when I was negative $2 . I called for customer service and. No help . They are thieves !!! If I could give the negative stars I would. Horrible service !!

Worst bank ever!!! Their telephone Audio to check your balance is flawed it's the worst it sends you in circle over circle over circle... then I called to tell them the situation and they hung up on me.. then I called back again because I was not able to sign into my account because it said it didn't recognize me and I have been at this bank for 13 years... I am now closing my account with PNC because they are a horrible bank and communicators....

The new branch manager was totally unhelpful after I requested a simple letter from him via electronic means, (basic info regarding my account). He told me he could transfer me to their customer service line, (I guess that local Palm Springs branch does Not provide Customer service, what a surprise!).I called their customer service line, and guess what I got: "Due to high call volume, your wait time will exceed 20 min."After being at this same branch for over 20 years with a business account, I will be Closing my account and moving all my business and funds to my credit union.My recommendation, look elsewhere.

Nice people but the small business banking customer service is horrible. I don't have time to wait on hold for an hour to reset a password and use the app. Wells is much much better and I never thought I'd say that

I only give it 2 stars because of its location and the scariness of homeless around the building. I love the tellers - the manager isn't as friendly as the previous, but its ok. . I love Michelle and Alma and Zuelma they are the nicest!
