Went in for blood tests for a future CT scan. They never forwarded the results to doctor that was performing the scan. I’d given quest all the needed information and was told it would be sent to DR. I wasted a lot of money and time!(abdominal stabbed w a needle)

The lady that took my blood was GREAT! I have very bad veins and she was able to get it on the very first try and she did not hurt me. THANK YOU!

This location is dirty and staff are rude and super slow, they don’t greet or speak to you. Guess since there is no receptionists they think they don’t have to talk. I’ll never use this location

I set an appointment at 10 am then the system ask you to put your phone number if you will wait outside they'll tex!!! But they never did it .. so I lost my appointment and I have to wait 1 hour after !!!! This is the worst system and "professional " lab Quest!!!! the employees don't follow the rules !!! Now they said I'm in the wrong laboratory!!!!!!! This is a real bad business!! They take me in and in the las minute the lady was ready to take my blood out and she said oooh this is not the laboratory you have to go to another one, they have no human considerations!!!stay away from lab Quest!!!!
