I fill up my SUV with donations to honor my mother's passing last year. Both times I went through the line the cashier and manager gave me $20 off twice! What a gift to see my mom's legacy spreading to others. FIND food bank was very grateful for the donations. Thank you to the bearded cashier and night manager. More Ralph's shopping to come. It wasn't even about the $40, but the gesture itself.

Rude cashier at the check out. No greetings, or thank you through the entire process. We actually made eye contact upon my approaching and this male cashier sighed instead of saying hello. Very dismissive. When I was leaving I watched him greeting the next male customer with “hello, how are you?” This is the second time I experienced such dismissive and unpleasant cashiers at this store.

Watch your receipts people. The checker named Martin K doesn't ask how many bags you want to pay for , He just eyeballs how many you might need then gives you less and still charges you for more and of course doesn't refund you for the extra bags you paid for. Not going to waste more time and gas going to get a refund. I just won't be going back to this store. Rip off .

So let me get this straight, you lock the door that is by the bike racks, has the most parking close to doors for safety and is where the electric mobility carts are plugged in. When I asked why I was told the other door gets more traffic, ummm, yes because that is the door that is unlocked. I informed the male cashier that I did not feel safe walking back to my car because I just had an operation on my leg, he told me I can ask for an escort. When I asked the guy at the self check out for security to walk me out he said they do not have security. I walked outside and found Lisa, a short female employee who I think was collecting carts. She was kind enough to walk/watch me all the way to my car. She said she understood my concerns and they were valid. (thank you, Lisa) It took another female to step up and help me. Even though I told the cashier I was in pain and just had surgery and did not feel safe, nothing was done. This is a safety hazard. I come here about once every 3 months even though I am a block away, now I remember why I stopped shopping here. Go to Smoketree it is about a mile away and at least their parking lot is lit up.

I have never been treated so disrespectfully at this location. Everyone here has always been super nice to me, but tonight I was completely disrespected by the nighttime manager. I went to load money onto my card and the man was clearly not doing the process correctly because two cards in a row kept saying, no data available and I’ve loaded both cards within 48 hours of each other at the same location on the same checkstand and instead of asking somebody else for help. He just refused to continue with the process and I’m going to be late on my bills now because there’s no other store open that I can load money onto my card. I think that Ralph is a seriously consider who they put in charge at night and make sure that they are aware of enough of all the processes of the store to take care of customers, and there needs thoroughly, today is March 31 at 12:48 AM

If you are buying produce, then drive on by. They are consistently out of the basics, such as broccoli, celery, fresh greens, etc. Their onions end up being ROTTEN over half of the time, but they are cool about exchanging.
On the positive it is the staff that brings the rating up to at two star review. Overall, they are friendly and want to help.

Possibly the worst attitude and customer service experience in a grocery store in my life.As a 76 year old man I sometimes need fast access to the bathroom. Today was such a day.The bathroom in Ralph’s is in the back corner and has a combination lock. I asked at the Pharmacy next to the bathroom but they refused to give me the combination and sent me all the way to the front of the store to ask. Eventually the produce guy took pity on me and gave me the combination, just in time.After attending to my needs I stopped again at the Pharmacy to ask why they wouldn’t give me the combination. Having just come from church I was dressed in my Sunday best and didn’t look at all like a habitue of the street. The Pharmacist said “we don’t like to be interrupted”.This is the best definition of poor service and a bad attitude I think I’ve ever seen. Too bad it negatively colors the rest of my experience in this store.

Typical larger chain grocery store with competitive prices. For the most part, the fresh fruit and vegetables looked fresh and had an appealing look. Nicely displayed and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Fresh meats and sea food were appealing to the eye. Ample amount of real checkers at the register and self check is available.
