If you get a cashier named Dwayne, go back and wait in line and try to get a different cashier. I tried to buy a T-shirt today. This was an Adidas athletic T shirt with no collar, no buttons or zippers, and no pockets. I found it in the T-shirts section. But when I went to pay for it, Dwayne rang it up as a short-sleeved shirt which is double the price. I told him it was a T-shirt but he ignored that. Then when I said I didn't want it, he seemed shocked that I would not let him overcharge me for it. Stay away from Dwayne.

Nice store with a lot to see but in the past few years they have really raised their prices. Still, my #1 go-to store in Palm Springs California.

This place is currently refusing donations for like new bed frames. The person that helped up was nice and referred us to the Cat City one. But the Cat City one doesn't answer the phone to see if they accept bed frames. This is a huge inconvenience when you take your lunch to donate something instead of it ending up in the dump.

Horribly rude people at drop off center I Palm Springs. Large article and gave no help, complained I should have drove up further. There were cars in front of me a the time. His co worker started to be rude to me so I swore at them and left the 43 inch working tv at the curb. Horrible

My wife and like going here. We found this place when we went to a restaurant in the same shopping center. Now we come here every time we visit Palm Springs. It's a thrift shop, but presented as a high class place. Ordinary stuff are cheap while one-of-a-kinds, antiques, and collectibles are pricey. Something for everyone.

The best resale store in the area for unique items, but their pricing is sometimes outrageous, even higher than retail when new.

Nice thrift store. Some items were priced a little high but most everything was a great deal.

I was pleasantly surprised at the size and variety at this thrift store where purchases benefit Desert AIDS Project. They had everything except for a kitchen sink! Lol. Best of all was the hot guy in cute short-shorts. Wanted to bring HIM home to Portland! ♂️?️?

During a major PS home reno, I decided to donate all of the home furnishings and decor to Revivals. All of my furniture was in excellent (some even new) condition, but plenty were heavy pieces. Some of the furniture was found useful to the grounds crew, but most were just too large/heavy for them to have hauled away. After a neighbor told me a bit about Revivals, I researched their work and loved all that they do.First time donating to Revivials-They made the process very fast and easy. I gave a lot of heavy furniture away, and they had sent out several men and their largest truck to haul away the pieces: 12-seat dining room table, extra-wide china cabinet, 12 chairs, x-large chandeliers, RH sofas and coffee tables, a settee, RH 16 piece patio furniture with fire pit, and a guest bed frame. Second time donating to Revivials-About 20 cast iron pots and pans that I no longer needed; records/CDs, hundreds of books, Adler/Aram picture frames, etc. They were very patient and appreciative of all that they received. Seriously, if you have items in good condition, donate to Revivals. If you have large furniture items you wish to donate, give them a call and they will schedule a pick-up based on the quality and quantity of pieces you have to offer.

The irony of this entire situation is that I was wearing a, 'LOVE WINS', sweatshirt today. My husband and I used to shop here 2-3 times per week. Not any longer!Today I touched a Ziploc bag with a plastic doll on it. OMIGOD NEVER EVER touch anything on the elderly volunteer person's cart!! God forbid. I was very rudely informed that, "YOU NEED TO WAIT BEFORE YOU START TOUCHING THINGS. WE DON'T SHOP FROM THE CART!". I swear to God he would have slapped me in the face if he thought could have. He totally wanted to. Is it because I am a woman? Because I am heterosexual? Because I am the Aryan nightmare of Native American and Jewish? I'm SO sorry that I am such a piece of GARBAGE for trying to see a price tag on something that was on the sacred cart. If I start repenting now do you think that God can ever forgive me???When we reported the behavior to the cashier he did nothing. I WAS WEARING A LOVE WINS SHIRT, FFS! I am and always will be an ally of the LGTBQ Community but I will not shop there again and will never donate any of the garage-load of mid century and antiques that we have from our vintage store. We will give to the Mizell Senior Center from here on out. There have been other rude and unprofessional interactions with staff/volunteers at this location but this one was the last for us. Get your sh#t together Revivals Palm Springs.
