He was knowledgeable, kind, and answered all my questions. I purchased the most beautiful white gold princess cut diamond ring for my ring finger and the whole experience was magical! This pawn shop has been a mainstay in the Coachella Valley for a long time! They have helped me in times of need for both nice jewelry and as a place to get some cash! The 1 % loan allows you to put up collateral for cash!The staff genuinely wants to help every customer and the 5 or 6 locations means that much more to look at to buy!From musical instruments to bikes, makes Rocky's Rock!

I would frequent pawn shops to buy. However, Sixteen years ago I had to sell a gold necklace and I was offered just below the spot price when I told the buyer that I needed $40 more to meet the rent, he gave it without hesitation. That was long time ago.

The service here is kinda awful the people are rude and treat you like your some lowlife selling stolen goods I brought some bags and a pendant for a loan they had me speak with a teenage child and she didn't even have a educated guess about the products i showed her the parking is so bad as well not friendly to disabled people I would much rather go elsewhere or sell online

They are very professional & right to the point. I am so very happy that they offer what they do. They have saved me a few times. Sometimes, Rocky’s is like a safety deposit box for 3months or as long as you want. I always know that my jewelry is safe. Thanks for being there. You have helped me tremendously.

Rocky’s is awesome, at the Sunny Dunes site everyone is friendly and professional. You get a good window of time to get your item back and there are no hidden fees etc. would definitely go again!

I dont know what to say except for the cashier looked at one of my items, looked up the used price, told me it goes for about 200-250, and proceeds to say I can give you 10$ for it.
