Solid selection of shoes and an okay selection of accessories. Plan on paying full price, as sale prices weren't very much of a deal. Moreover, what was on a true sale looked like floor models, I think, because they were obviously used, light sole wear, and most had scuff marks.
Good customer service.

great range of products and the staff were absolutely incredible! best customer service around !! not only was everyone so lovely but they were so helpful with all my questions and really know their stuff! best place for athletic shoes in the desert !!

I have never had such an awful experience in a running store. The older salesman was extremely rude, kur
t and had no knowledge about running shoes. To top it off he asked me if I wanted the shoe (that I did try) in a men's or women's size ?????? Do not waste your time with this store.

There’s a young woman who works there who is helpful in every way. There are 2 other grizzled men who are completely indifferent to customers. If they’re not interested in serving you, you might as well be invisible. They’re just rude and unprofessional. I work sales at a store down the street and often refer people to this store- but I will never, ever again.

I like supporting local business, so I went to this shop for the first time. I saw a older guy wearing a face mask and I asked him for help to find a shoe for me. I knew what I wanted. But he took it on him self to bring out that shoe and three others that I didn't ask for. I said I didn't want to try them on and he then turned in to a rude sales man and very condescending. I won't say what he had to say about my choice, But I know Hoka is a good shoe and this shoe has a very good rating. So I left with out buying what I wanted because I didn't want to support or give this guy a sales commission. I waited a week and returned to get the shoes I wanted and figured I would get a different friendly sales person...Boy was I wrong. This time I got a tall thin guy that was extremely rude too. I wanted to support a local business but I'm ordering them on the Hoka website. This shop needs to get a sales staff that wants to be there and most of all be friendly to there customers.

If you like On Cloud shoes Running Wild has the widest selection I’ve ever seen. My son and I were like kids in a candy store.
