Probably one of the best resorts for men in Palm Springs. The rooms are very comfortable and the pool area is well appointed and maintained. You can easily spend all day relaxing without a care in the world. One area they simply excel is how friendly and wonderfully accommodating the staff are. They are truly the best and why I keep returning year after year.

I have been coming here to Santiago for the last three years and spend the entire month of January for my vacation. It is always a constant, soothing, relaxing vacation when I come here. The staff is hands-down, the best I’ve ever been with starting with Bob in the morning at the Cantina, who greet you with a wonderful smile to Jesse, who keeps the rooms, spotlessly clean, boomer with that wonderful smile and can’t wait to make sure that you’ve gotten anything that you need and of course lastly, Charles, the manager who keeps everything running so smoothly, and makes sure that your vacation time is the best it can be can’t wait to come back next January. Thanks guys.?

A true oasis and a resort that stands above the rest. They truly had everything we needed, kept the place sparkling clean, had attentive friendly staff, and made it very easy to totally let go and relax. The breakfast and lunch provided were delicious, the location was convenient (and they had bikes available if the 1.5 mile walk to the main strip isn’t your thing), and we enjoyed hanging with all the different guys staying there, be it sitting around the pool, in the hot tub, or around the fire pit.Rooms: Clean, really comfy bed, all the needed amenities including snacks, and a beautiful view of the grounds.Safety: I felt completely safe here and we barely even locked our room (unless we left the property).

I had a great time. Met a variety of sexy interesting guys. The staff was great and take great care of the resort. It was a relaxing place for conversation, sunbathing, and getting to know guys in an uninhibited setting.Walkability: Close to downtown and the local bar.Food & drinks: Breakfast and lunch were tasty.

There's a reason we return again and again and again. Santiago excels at creating a full experience that's relaxing and inviting each and every time.

Far exceeded expectations - I didn’t plan for this to be my main activity but it turned out to be such a fun, mature, and friendly experience that we didn’t want to do anything else! The complimentary breakfast and lunch are bomb and the outdoor shower heavenly ?Nearby activities: Antique malls!

This was my third stay here in recent years and my friends and I loved it. I recommended it to them and we met there for a weekend stay.Comfortable rooms- I think the upstairs rooms are my favorite and the grounds are well kept. Great pool temp, very refreshing. They offer a great deal of amenities, such as a great poolside area where they offer a continental breakfast-lots of fresh fruit, coffee, pastries and more. The staff is wonderful and friendly, and each time I've stayed there, the other guests were low key and friendly, making for a relaxing tranquil stay in this little oasis. I look forward to returning next spring. The only drawback is they book up in advance, so plan ahead if you want to stay there.

My partner and I just spent 6 nights / 7 days at Santiago and enjoyed every second. It was a surprise for me - my first time in Palm Springs and my first time at a clothing-optional men's resort. The staff is remarkable (thanks esp. to Charles, Bob, and Boomer); the grounds, pool, and hot tub all kept up immaculately; the room (king suite) lovely and enormous. But I think what matters most to make this an enjoyable experience is that the vibe is just right:- With just over 20 rooms, the experience remains intimate even though it always feels like there are just enough people that you can't quite meet everyone, although you absolutely can.- The clientele is predominantly professionals just looking for a little downtime - many people seemed to be regulars driving in from L.A. or S.D., although we met men from all over the country: Illinois, Minnesota, Nebraska, Ohio, Texas, Oregon, etc.- Age is the full range, from 20 to 70 something, and there never seemed to be a disconnect for anyone based on age. Body types also ran the range. Some men were naked the entire time; others would often wear speedos or trunks. But most guys were there to enjoy the openness with other men regardless of age or body type.- Music plays quietly around the pool during the day and mostly encapsulates a chill clubby feeling: gay, relaxed, and sexy, but not too energetic or poppy.- Food is catered in for breakfast and lunch so that no one has to leave during peak sun time.- As one would expect, men get frisky and there's plenty of play, although most of the men I met were there with partners or travel companions, as I was. It's not a cruising spot and nothing "happens" if you're not seeking it out, but I found overt sexuality to be celebrated and appreciated - just not required. You do you!- And finally, booze is not sold or served on the premises (there's no bar), which I think is the key. You can certainly bring it in and drink it by the pool, but lack of bar means no messy drunkenness and an unspoken commitment to keeping the space respectful of all its patrons. We will be back! The Santiago promises to be a good getaway for years to come.RTW

We originally had booked a different hotel during our stay in Palm Springs but the room was not up to our expectations. Luckily we were able to cancel and by chance, Santiago had a room available last minute.Once we entered the grounds we knew we made the right decision. The staff is friendly (shout out to Charlie and Boomer) and the grounds are well kept. The resort was always stocked with fresh towels and the pool is free from clutter as the staff keep an attentive eye. The outdoor shower felt amazing after a dip in the pool and the hammocks were relaxing enough to fall asleep in minutes. The other guests were friendly and the resort overall has a very chill and relaxing vibe. We made some new friends and even joined them for dinner and drinks outside of the property. We will definitely be back.Rooms: Our room was clean, stocked with snacks, and just steps from the pool. The bed is comfortable and given how close we were to the pool, it was very quiet, allowing us to sleep in. The rooms have near blackout shades for sleeping/privacy. Our room was air conditioned with a capable and quiet mini-split unit. The walk in shower has good pressure and the toiletries were high quality. We had plenty of towels and wash cloths during our stay as well as bath robes.Safety: The property is secure and we were given two sets of keys. The grounds feel secluded with tall hedges surrounding the outdoor areas.Food & drinks: The complimentary breakfast and lunch is so convenient to have along with the cantina snack bar if you just need something to grab quick.Breakfast offers muffins, fruit kabobs, bagels, hard boiled eggs, coffee, tea, juice, etc. Breakfast is served out of the cantina between 8-10am.Lunch is catered in and you have a choice of salads, sandwiches, and wraps. You order from a menu posted outside the cantina and text the management number what you’d like by 11am. Lunch arrived by 12:30-1pm and you’ll receive a text when it comes in. If you’re already by the pool then you’ll be notified in person. This was such a welcoming option to have and I wish more places would offer this service. The cantina snack area has a Starbucks coffee machine, sodas, water, popcorn, and other munchies.

Santiago is an amazing resort. From the check in, and all of the amenities, our stay was absolutely amazing. Charles, at the front desk, was very hospitable and made us feel very welcome from the start and throughout our stay til check out. We stayed in one of the downstairs pool view rooms and also upstairs. I would definitely recommend upstairs for future reservations. Santiago is such a great place to relax and unwind. It is a perfect safe space that my husband and I were looking for. The staff are all great and accommodating. It was a very hot weekend in Palm Springs, and the staff constantly checked on us, provided us with amenities to keep us cool. The breakfast and lunch were perfect for our lazy vacation. Most of the day, we lounged by the pool, the hot tub & the outdoor shower. Every part of the resort was so clean and well maintained with lots of green space. I can go on and on about how great Santiago is. Highly highly recommended!

First of all, the place is beautiful. You feel like you're in a desert oasis. The pool area and commons areas are just lovely. I especially loved the outdoor shower. I didn't use the shower in my room once. The outdoor shower was just so nice tucked into the trees. I had a great time and honestly can't wait to go back with my husband.
