Words just don't seem to be enough..... These folks truly became part of our family. My mom was in their care for over 6 months. The support was just like that of a "good" family member. Always on top of things with 24/7 support without delay. It didn't matter if it was 3am or 3pm. In a couple of more difficult situations there would be 2 or more of their people there, always focused on mom's comfort right down to her toenails! I fear I'm not doing justice to the exemplary care mom received from day one to and after her passing. Lastly Thank you

Thank you does not seem enough for the support and care we received during my Mom's lengthy illness and 3 Hospice admissions. You allowed us to help manage Mom's care, pain relief and spiritual support. She loved you Patrick, Chona, Gigi, Christian, Jeremy, Kevin, Emily and Diane...... any others I have forgotten. May God bless you personally for all you invest in all your patients. Stephanie, David, Christopher, Michael and Leah!

I cannot speak highly enough about Serenity Hospice in Palm Springs. For nearly two years, Serenity Hospice was there every day to assist my friend, comedian Paul Desmond, who was totally bedfast and incontinent. It was Paul's wish to remain at home, and it was Serenity Hospice who made that possible. They were indispensable in providing him with daily visits, administering medication and providing personal hygiene. I, as his caretaker, could not have provided the care he needed without their help. I highly recommend Serenity Hospice for home care assistance. Thanks to Janice, Patrick, Kevin, Rosie, Chona, Hans, and all who helped Paul make it comfortably to his transition.....

Serenity was exceptional in all aspects of the care provided to my mother over a period of months to her final days. I want to thank the entire team for their wonderful support and comfort provided through this time. Kelley, Eileen, Nicole, Diane, and especially Aidee; you all brought a moment of warmth and cheer with you to help brighten the days. You are all greatly appreciated.

Dear Hospice Care Team,
I am writing this letter to express my deepest gratitude for the care and support you provided to my mother during her final days. Your kindness, compassion, and expertise helped make her transition as comfortable and peaceful as possible, and for that, my family and I will always be grateful. Our Social Worker Kelley Taylor (and Harry N.) and Nurse Emily Avila who is an absolute gift to the nursing industry! Words cannot express our gratitude for your support.
As my mother's health declined, your team was there to provide not only medical assistance but also emotional support for both her and our family. Your constant presence and willingness to listen to our concerns brought us comfort and reassurance during a very difficult time.
The care you provided went beyond just physical comfort. Your team helped my mother and our family navigate the complex emotions and practical issues surrounding end-of-life care. Your guidance and advice helped us make informed decisions and gave us peace of mind during a time of uncertainty.
Your team's dedication to providing personalized care, tailored to my mother's individual needs, was evident in every interaction we had with you. You treated her with dignity and respect, and your kindness and empathy helped ease her pain and suffering.
Words cannot express how grateful we are for everything you did for my mother, Barbara/Babs and our family. Your compassion and dedication to helping others in their time of need is truly remarkable. Please accept our heartfelt thanks for all that you have done.
With deepest appreciation, Daughter, grandson's, and husband to Barbara/Babs.

Harry, Rosa, Marissa, Jesse, and Kevin took good care of my father and our family. The team provided the necessary care to keep my dad clean and comfortable. Their service kept our minds and hearts at ease. Never easy dealing with death so thank you Serenity for your patience and kindness during this difficult time. Appreciate you all.

We received great help when settling up my grandma for hospice. It's a scary thing but they explained everything well. Dropped off in home care equipment and supplies. All of the staff was friendly and responsive. We called ER on call nurse. Christian showed up within 20 minutes of placing the call. He's an absolute Godsend. He was so kind, patient and caring to us and my grandma. He reassured both of us and answered all of our questions. I will always be thankful for him and will never forget his kindness in our time of need.

I have been trying to find the right words to convey my profound gratitude for the staff at Serenity Hospice. If you want your family members to be treated with deep respect and dignity, compassion, care and stellar around-the-clock-support - please call Serenity! They provided the gold standard of care for my mom over the past 5 weeks. I highly recommend their services as I have no idea how we would have made it without them. Trying to find hospice care is always an unwelcomed task and yet, when I first met Dan, their community liaison, I knew I had found a treasure. From the very beginning, he approached us with great compassion, support and wisdom unlike other hospice facilities that treated us as if we were buying a car. It was clear his main priority was for us to receive what we needed during this difficult time. He provided education, grace and time for us to make the decision to work with Serenity with no pressure at all. And I am so grateful we did! We cared for my mom at home for 5 weeks and could never have made it without the Serenity staff. Every nurse, health aide, social worker, on-call staff - were amazing. My mom was a retired nurse with high standards for nurses and she loved working with nurses, Maressa and Buena. Even if a mistake was made (which is unavoidable) the staff were quick to repair it and to make sure we received exactly what we needed. Even in the most difficult times, we always felt their support. Whether it was midnight or the middle of the day - medical staff were just minutes away from coming to the house to help. Dealing with the illness and death of a loved one is the most difficult and it is only bearable when surrounded by a loving, caring community. Thank you Serenity staff for being such an important part of our community. Many thanks, Melia

Wonderful supportive caring services. Our family lives in other state and I don't know what we would have done without the additional support and loving care by RN Elaine, the volunteers and staff from Serenity for Mom. I am kept informed of what I can do for Mom, Elaine keeps in communication with me and supports my communication with Mom. All areas are supported; health, social, safety, and emotional well-being. Such compassionate loving care and guidance that supplements the care mom is receiving in the residential care home where she lives. Especially during Covid with restrictions on travel and visits, it would have been so much harder to do our best for Mom. I will be forever grateful for all they have done and the time and love mom has been given. It has truly been so much more then I could have ever expected at this time when support, information and guidance is truly needed.

I cannot say enough great things about this company. I was lost when my Mom stopped walking after having Covid in Jan 2021. I called a few hospice companies and Serenity immediately called back. They assist my Mom 3 days a week. They assisted on transporting her from one facility to another. One of the owners, Janice A., is excellent. She made the transition go so smoothly. I highly recommend.

Serenity Hospice was extremely responsive from the first time I contacted them. Dan, who I met first, came to the home and answered all of the questions that were presented to him. Ray, the social worker, was always available for calls. We chose Serenity Hospice and were not disappointed. For a short time, my friend moved from the hospital and was able to stay at her home, but as the illness and care grew progressively demanding, she was moved to a wonderful care home. In both cases, Serenity Hospice was front and center in making sure that the moves were smooth. Both in the private home and in the care home, Serenity Hospice provided loving and caring warmth and kindness. The nurses that assisted was so responsive...thank you - Kathy, Patrick, Maresa, and Marie. These nurses made sure to keep in contact via phone in letting me know how my friend was progressing and gave me their full attention when I had questions. The bottom line is...I felt that they really cared. For that, I am eternally grateful. I would highly recommend Serenity Hospice.

The Best Hospice hands down! They will always go the extra mile! They arrive on time to provide top level professional care. The RNs, LVNs and Chha along with the Social Workers and Spiritual Counselors who help work thru the loss of a loved one. I would recommend this company to anyone who is facing the end of their life. God Bless those Angels!

Serenity Hospice has literally been the biggest blessing! My sweet 88-yr Daddy has adv late-stage Alzheimer’s. He and my mom are on limited social security and with Covid, my 76-yr old mom and I have been providing 24/7 caregiving. From our first call, the staff has exceeded our expectations in their level of care, management of meds and equipment ideas. From Amy-social worker, Dan-Community Liaison, Gigi-head RN, Patrick/Barbara-RN, Xyrus/Jeremy/Christian-LVN - we are forever and eternally grateful that they are helping us prepare for the inevitable. Alzheimer’s is a horrendously ugly and terrible long goodbye but we have had several miracles along the way and Serenity is at the top of the list!!!Debbie Ross Walter

Our mother passed away last week, comfortably and as surrounded by love as one can be during the covid crisis. The staff from Serenity did an incredible job maintaining her comfort, respect, questions, as well as all of our many questions and concerns. We would like to say a very sincere thank you to the staff of Serenity Hospice and the help you gave us all. Most importantly, the kindness and warmth you were able to share with our Mother during her final days. We highly recommend Serenity.
