Very disappointed.. was looking forward to facial with red light therapy.. but instead got sales talk on buying an infrared and blue light facial instrument costing thousands of dollars... felt that this was false advertisement and fraud on not telling the customer what they where really there for ... when you think of consultation that's not what I consider... iam a hairdresser and I no this for a fact!... was asked to pay before facial and I said no.. I will pay after.. the guy said people walk out and not pay... now I no why... I went to eat after a toss the street I got sick ... I don't no if it was the food or the stuff on my face but I do no I went into the bathroom washed everything off and I was feeling better... I would really like my money back please... will not recommend your place to anyone... Mary Cauthron

I am so sad I drove to come to this out of my way and Google says clearly that they are open as well as the signs of the door and the lights are off with no sign and the doors locked at 11 AM on a Friday

This place is such a gem in Palm Springs downtown. The soaps are unique and creative; and the staff included a beautiful baby fur named Chichi. I would definitely stop by again next winter season!

On 5/1/2023 I visited the Palm Springs 'store of Sinfulicious to buy face cream. The employee opened the cream and started showing me how to use it to treat wrinkles and also show me a device to deal with wrinkles. The situation was very confusing because he asked me for my credit card and start adding charges. I asked him: what are you doing? he said nothing as he hided all the papers. When I went home and check the credit card I found he had charged me 655.50 for the massages and 1966.50 for the device for wrinkles. I returned to the store with a friend and the store was closed even though it was business hours, I found his car and dog in the parking lot and knocked on the back door, finally, he let me in. I confronted him with the charges, particularly the $ 1966.50 one because I had not taken it, and the device was on the shelves. He said he cannot return the money because it was company policy.\nIn summary, Sinfulicious charged me $ 655.50 for dubious charges and $1966,50 for an apparatus that remains in the store. The employee admitted it in from of my friend. I am requesting your help to recover at least the $1966.50 that was taken by these crooks.\nThe phone has been disconnected. I also reached to the San Diego store and I was informed that the business relationship with the Palm Spring store was terminated in November 2022. Thank you for your time and attention.

I can't speak for the products as we purchased nothing, but a salesperson unfortunately hooked in who I was with even though I know this whole jig. They just point out "flaws" on your skin or sagging which comes with aging. And the whole "this is the price, but just for you I'll give you a deal" is unfortunate for those who fall for it. Like I said, maybe the product is great but the practice leaves something to be desired. Oh and the price tag was ridiculous. I'd rather just get wrinkles.

I walked by your store front this evening and was completely snubbed by your associate. My children and I watched as every other person walked by was approached and offered a sample, or at least spoken to. Not only were we not acknowledged, your associate went out of her way to avoid eye contact with my children and I. My daughter asked to go inside and shop, and as we walked past your associate to enter she turned her head the other way. I told my daughter immediately to leave and that we would not be patrons of that store. My oldest daughter immediately said wow.. did you notice that?? How embarrassing that your employees obviously and inarguably judge based on appearance. We were all dressed in leggings and t-shirts, as we have been hiking and traveling all week. To say that this sort of discrimination exists in a community that claims to support unity and equality, you should be ashamed. Part of me wants to remind you that you never know who it is you're talking (or not talking) to, but the biggest part of me feels the need to tell you that it shouldn't matter who it is walking by- all humans should be acknowledged and treated with respect.
