Other than the young man that help check me in, three employees were on the computer helping one customer, they are very slow, inconsiderate of people waiting, unbelievable poor poor customer service. I hope corp reads this. It appears one guy is training while customers keep waiting..one customer was very upset and asked if one of the four people doing nothing could help, one employee said I know it looks funny five of us here and only one person

12 people waiting today, last time I was here there was 10 people waiting. Only one employee both times, this location is poorly managed and it's a shame because we are happy with the service at both the house and the business.

Horrible!! Spectrum sent out equipment with confusing instructions and missing parts. Called customer service and was advised that we needed to go into the store and pick up a router. Arrived at the store and it was full of people waiting for assistance from only 2 available staff members. (Unfortunately, we have been at this store before with the same experience/observation) First, why Spectrum would send out partial equipment and expect the consumer to figure it out. Second, why require in store assistance when the wait is extremely long. This has been a long, frustrating and unresolved process. And, the new modem arrived unrequested and unexpected. Horrible, horrible experience.

I had to come here 3 separate times in a single day, and the wait time was little as 5 minutes. Everyone there was friendly, and the store was extremely clean. I had help from a girl with glasses behind the counter, I wish I remembered her name, but she was excellent and professional. I was happy with the service and how fast everything went.

I tried to downgrade my account with them several times and they made it sound like it was impossible. Here I am now with a downgraded account so I guess it wasn’t impossible. Why not listen to your customers

The Staff 5:stars.They dealt with a variety of personalities while we ALL waited patiently, it seems to be like this EVERY time you come in.I was there 2 hours after being on the phone for 45 minutes after waiting 10 days to get service at my new place. Again MOST EXCELLENT staff. Public: be patient and kind to them, Spectrum just get more of them! Please?!

While the people ice talked with are very pleasant the service leaves much to be desired! I had Comcast back east for 16 years and I never experienced so many service outages!.. oh and by the way, their service sucks but they increase their monthly charge. Go figure!

Ian and Aaron helped me yesterday doing what no technician or representative could do over the phone. Ian was determined to fix the issue and he stayed with it as Aaron assisted and gave suggestions. For an hour and a half Ian was knowledgable, patient and kind, positive and determined. Next time you are in the store give Aaron and Ian a big high five as they are the dream team. Thank you again guys!

There has to be a better way. Cable and internet outages. Outdated equipment. The worst customer service EVER. They have recently raised the prices and the idiot customer service agent that I spoke with canceled my package instead of updating it. Now I pay $250/month for what I use to pay $194/month. Insanity.
